I called big birge to come out and give me an estimate on a full excavation for a sewer line. I had been quoted by a couple different companies and thought I should get another opinion. Big birge found a problem none of the other companies found, told me that it would be a better and more affordable option to try first. They got us scheduled within this week, cleared the blockage, replaced what needed to be replaced, and got the work done within 2 days. I'm hopeful that it helps keep me from having to spend $20,000 on an excavation; if at least for a few more years. Definitely recommend! Will continue with them on any plumbing issues, both business or at our home, going forward. 🙏🙏🙏

Big Birge added an extra water hose outlet for us. It was a smaller type job that didn't take Dennis H. much time to do it, but it was very nice to know that even with a small job, Big Birge did excellent work. They will certainly be our next choice for any repairs/additions to both our house and our business. Very, very happy!

Excellent company Cameron called when on his way, introduced himself when I answered the door. I showed him where he would be working & he went to work. He clarified a couple things along the way & walked me thru both jobs before he left. I will definitely call again should a plumbing issue arise. (why not 5 stars...I don't give 5 star reviews, there is always room for improvement no matter how good the job was completed..so in my world a 4 star is like a 5 star) 😊
