John and his team at Gretna Plumbing are the only ones we trust in our remodels. They’re always on time very thorough knowledgeable with high-end plumbing fixtures and processes and are great guys to be around. I can’t recommend Gretna Plumbing enough!

The customer service is top notch! I had a leak from my water heater and in one day they had someone out to assess the problem and provided reasonable quotes. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they replaced my water heater in a timely manner. Would hands down recommend Gretna Plumbing!

I had my sump pump go out after the last blizzard called Gretna Plumbing and they were at my house with in an hour. Got me scheduled to replace it with in two hours. They were very courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend them!! Thanks Guys!!

We discovered our water heater was leaking from the base and was in need of replacement (this was a Friday evening). Called John over at Gretna Plumbing and early Monday, he had his guys over replacing it. We also installed a water softener and a reverse osmosis system. The guy who installed the systems, Brady, did a phenomenal job! Very professional, on time, and very efficient, even with our little four year old asking him a million questions along the way. Gretna Plumbing was just here at our business and did a fantastic job on our main sewer line. They pumped out a bunch of mud, rocks, and debris. They really went over and beyond. Plus they were super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for your business or home.

I was disappointed with my experience with Gretna Plumbing. The job was originally estimated at 2-3 days, but when I scheduled it and paid my deposit, I was told they could get it done in 1 day. I was then contacted about rescheduling due to the necessary parts not being in yet. I questioned the 1 day install at that time, but was again guaranteed that the job would be complete in 1 day. The crew came out to start the job on the scheduled day and informed me it would take a second day. The crew came on the second day and told me it could take a 3rd day. The job did end up getting done in 2 days and I am happy with the end result. I expressed my concern and disappointment to the owner only to be told that he had told me different and that his schedulers just don’t know. The lack of clear communication was ridiculous. On a positive note, the techs were courteous and tried to be as accommodating as they could be. Very clean and polite. Update - the owner did call about my 1 star review and expressed his concern and discussed what they could do better. He clearly care about his business and customers.

Plumbers were very nice and professional. They were at my home last Friday and I have not heard back about my problem. They were going to look into getting a part. Please let me know what is going on.
