Our experience with Rooter Man, assigned through a home warranty, was nothing short of frustrating. Without informing us, the technicians removed a faucet and then quoted an absurd $451 just to cap the pipes, with an additional $500+ to install a new faucet later—nearly $1,000 to get a single fixture on one sink!! Feeling we were being taken advantage of, I consulted a licensed plumber that I know, who confirmed my suspicions. I ended up resolving the issue myself with a professional plumber for a fraction of the cost in less than an hour and a half. The highlight of our evening, and the motivation for leaving this review, was discovering that these guys left the hot water on at the basement sink. Will definitely be deterring any friend or family member from using this company. I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars.

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Just great service and I am very pleased with this company’s response time and excellent customer service. Great job Rooter-man and I will call on you in the future if I ever have a plumbing need. Thank you for sending someone out today. You saved my basement carpet. Well done!!!

Professional and on time, their work was tremendous. Most of all, their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. The follow up work was exactly what I needed after the initial fix uncovered more issues. I could not be happier with this company and their staff. Diana is the cornerstone of their business and she is just wonderful.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. $130 service call to tell us they can’t troubleshoot a hot water heater issue, and we’d be better off buying a new one because they would simply have to replace parts until it started working. I called and expressed my concerns to Dawn and apparently they stand behind this “quality” of service. They say you live and learn, and this is one of those occasions I get to inform other people before they call this business and find themselves with a hefty bill and nothing to show for it. Update: Hired a reputable company who was able to troubleshoot and identify the controller was bad. Cost of service and part - $200.

We had a pipe burst in January late one evening. They were able to come out right away and get the issue fixed so we could get our water turned back on and were able to stay in our house that night. Jared was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend!

I could not recommend this company more highly. Not only did they schedule a same day appointment, they showed up exactly on time, fixed the problem right the first time, and did not charge too much. The technicians were professional and efficient. Will definitely be using them again for plumbing needs.
