Jesse did an excellent job with replacing my water heater. Also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a 50 gallon from a 40 and was able to tell me the cost difference without hesitation. I did upgrade based on cost. Highly recommend action!

Great work and customer service. They sent a link with information regarding the plumber, Zach, who was assigned to us. He was on time, efficient, informative and cleaned up the area. It seems so rare to have an experience go well these days, so we were impressed and will definitely call again when needed.

Our plumber Austin was so kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He took the time to explain what he was doing to my 33 year old son, tracked down a part (since our home was built 30 years ago), and was able to complete the job today. He's an invaluable employee, thank you for sending him 🙏

Zack came to our rescue and fixed a very dirty hot water heater. He was quick and 100% correct with his diagnosis, cleaned and flushed out the tank resulting in hot water within 30 minutes! He's friendly and efficient.

Ishmael at Action plumbing was very helpful, quick to respond, professional,, and explained himself thoroughly. He was working with a tenant at our apartment complex and was very courteous and respectful of her questions. He completed the Service and everyone was very satisfied.

Extremely prompt service and my tech Juan was extremely knowledgeable. The cost of service was VERY reasonable as compared to other companies in town. Called at 8am Monday and had a tech at my house by 9:30am same day. My sump pump needed replacing and Juan not only did a careful and thorough job replacing the pump he cleaned out the pit too. He went above and beyond allowing me to see and learn. He explained what the issue was and gave me tips on how to prevent any other issues that may arise.

Showed up on time. We explained our issue so he could know to the best of our knowledge what we thought was the issue. He explained the cost and everything. He went right to work and got our drain going again. He cleaned up after himself. First time using this company and will use them again when the need arrives.
