Greens replaced my bad water heater. The price was considerably better than several other companies. Technician was on time and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Very dishonest company. My AC broke last summer so I had Greens check it out. My friend who works in a similar industry recommended them as he knows a few employees. The HVAC guy that came replaced the Freon and it appeared to be functioning again. He then explained to me, after I paid of course, that there may be a Freon leak but he “didn’t check” (jokes on me right?). The “fix” worked for a couple months but that same summer the unit stopped working again. I requested another consultation online and explained the situation, but nobody contacted me back. If you have any plumbing or HVAC needs I would highly recommended looking elsewhere.

Awful. Do not trust them for plumbing and good luck if there is any problem. We had a full HVAC replaced by Greens a couple years ago. Paid them somewhere over $10,000 and it seemed fine. Called them when our basement drains were backing up earlier this year. Turns out that was a big mistake. Nothing was fine about that. Guy tried to snake it. He couldn’t. He called another guy to use a camera. They said our main sewer line was busted. They marked a spot in our yard with paint and a saw blade. They said “Here is where the pipe is busted” They said Greens could not fix the line for at least a few months and I should try to find somebody else. It took a couple weeks (not being able to flush toilets, run the wash, shower, etc) but we got an excavator here to fix the line (one that came recommended by multiple people we knew). He dug where Greens had marked, but there was not actually a sewer line there. The mark was about 40 feet off. He called some plumbers he knew over. They snaked the line and got it flowing. They ran a camera out past the property line and said there was no break in the line anywhere. It was just tree roots and probably a very inexperienced plumber. Our line never needed to be dug up, it just needed to be snaked. Greens never sent a bill for their (dis)service. I was OK just walking away and not having to think about this BS again. But later a statement began being sent for a past due invoice. I sent a detailed letter via certified mail to Greens. No response. More statements. I sent the same letters a few times. Somehow the VP got my wife’s email address (even though my contact was included in the letters and had been the only contact for the previous HVAC install and the atrocious sewer service). The VP was emailing my wife asking if maybe the statement was not reaching us since no payment had been made. I responded to the VP including scans of the items that had already been mailed to Greens multiple times. The VP did respond and say that the owner would be in touch. That did not happen. The statements have continued and the VP has not responses to my request to zero our balance. We are out money paid to the excavator, money paid to sprinkler people who had to repair a line from the unnecessary dig, out time and money trying to fix the hole in our front yard (we will probably just have to sod it next spring), out 2 weeks of our lives not being able to flush our toilets, having yo shower at friends houses…all because of inept service from Greens. Putting it all together, this is a business that does not care about the service they perform. It now looks to be beyond bad service. Dishonest and no regard for their customers.

total jerks and incompetent . we had them troubleshoot our ac in 2017 when we lived in Lincoln NE , they installed too much refrigerant , then over charged us , and then sent the bill that was paid in full to collections . still dealing with collection in 2025 . i am an electrical contractor and these clowns are some of the worst ive ever encountered . again what a hassle years later for sub par service and lousy ethics

Very happy with them. And they saved me money vs the “big guys”

I am not one to typically leave reviews. I usually just let things go and they tend to even out. However with these guys the level of service and care was so bad I absolutely had to. Called and left at minimum three messages for I believe "Kurt" (I'm not 100% on the name, but whoever handles setting up bids for new business) as I was looking to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Finally spoke with Kurt after not being called back multiple times. Got a bid scheduled between 9 and 11 I believe. Had to run a few errands early in the morning and got back home around 845. Nobody showed up and so I called around 930 to ask why. Was told they showed up at 830 and were on another job now but they "might" be able to stop by to do the bid. They showed up a little before noon. Older gentleman and a younger (apprentice) showed up and the younger guy was great, friendly, seemed happy to be there. The older gentleman clearly hates what he does as he was rude, distant, short with me and cl sely did not want to be there. They get their info for the bid, three weeks later I've heard nothing. Called multiple times and asked the to provide the bid and crickets. Look elsewhere, I'm glad I didn't have them do any work for me as I wouldn't want to try to get ahold of them with a problem in the future.

I've used Green's three times this year for different projects. I'd use them again for installation, but not repairs. Plumber showed up without the right part or repair tool and had to wait an hour for someone to bring them to him. I got charged $130 labor for the hour he sat there doing nothing. Very disappointed. I will find a plumber closer to my house next time.

Scheduled for time was an hour late. Added freon to AC did not check for leaks charged over 300 freon leaked and we had no air. When we called them we received one excuse after another. Called another company and they fixed us up. I will never use them again. They would no refund my money for the freon that leaked the same day.
