Mike was so very professional & so Pleasant! He replaced 4 bathroom faucets & our kitchen. I Definitely would asks for him again! Thank You So Much Mike!

Completely unprofessional!!! This company was contracted by my Home Warranty company to service a plumbing issue for what is most likely a broken pipe. My Home Warranty company has always been a quick turnaround and any for issues the assigned contractor has always called me back within 2 day, usually within 12 hours. This contractor called me 8 days later! When I finally got a call service was scheduled for the next day (Wednesday) in the afternoon. That Wednesday morning I received a text message saying that my appointment had been changed to Friday. No one called to see if this worked for me, the company just decided to do it on their own. When I spoke to the company they didn't appreciate being told how unprofessional the whole thing was... But if this is how they handle scheduling I damn sure don't want to see how they actually handle a service call.

JC Plumbing was highly recommended on Nextdoor & Google...BUT I want to open people's eyes! I called them a total of 3 times by phone (leaving messages each time) and several times via their website...they NEVER contacted me back! No contact to say they couldn't help me, nothing! Don't waste your time trying to contact them, they don't want your business! Giving them 1 star for lousy customer service!
