John Henry's Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical

Called John Henry's with a faucet problem early Friday morning. We were given a arrival window of 8-12. TJ was the technician assigned to our issue and he arrived a few minutes after 8am. The responce was awesome. TJ conducted himself in a professional manner throughout his visit. Additionally he was informative, polite and personable. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and TJ also cleaned up the work area before he left. I won't hesitate to call John Henry's again.

The service that John Henry provides is stellar and we are very happy with the work, the cost, and the results. Our technician, Kyle explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He provided the price quotes before starting the work and he thoroughly tested everything before leaving. I could not be happier.

REVISION: I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Once a different manager at JH saw my past issues, he reached out and was not only apologetic, but was determined to make things right. And he did - they worked with my limited schedule to get someone to my house quickly, and then that employee absolutely went above and beyond to fix the issue as efficiently as possible. I appreciate that they took the time and made a true effort to make things right.

The service tech did his job in a very professional manner. I was pleasantly surprised when he explained the procedure in which the water softener worked. I appreciate his kindness and thoughtfulness in letting me know about the 3 months checkup. He did an excellent job & would welcome him to my home when the need arrives. Excellent service as usual! Scheduling worked with us on getting someone to the house as soon as possible, and online text notifications let me know when the tech was on his way, even gave me a picture of them so I knew who to expect. They did a professional job of cleaning out the sewer pipe and even reviewed the before and after pictures quickly with me. It always hurts a little bit to get the bill, but all worth it in the end, to know the job that was done, was done right with the powerful tools they have available. I know the tree roots will find there way into the pipe again, just glad I have a reliable team to call when they need me. Thanks again.

John Henry's sends a text with the technicians picture and is very communicative regarding expected arrivals, the main office reached out and let us know the tech was 15 minutes out. I had a quote given to me before anything was started and my tech, Alec and his team member whom I did not get the name of but his cat's name is Echo, were professional, personable and amazing. Would recommend and will use again!

I have been with John Henry's for several years. I absolutely love them. They are reasonably priced and quite affordable. I have met a lot of plumbers from John Henry's throughout the years and they are all friendly and knowledgeable. I have moved and just had a salt water and R.O. system installed and they were very quick to get this done. Ian is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I had some outfit come to my door with unreasonable offers when I bought my house. I will stick with John Henry's. With them I know where I stand and know I am in good hands.
