They have helped us out several times. Every time, they have done great work. Lets face it usually when you call a plumber you really do not want to, you have to. So its great when they can come out that day or within a day or so. That is slways the case with them. The make the whole appointment painless. Very responsible prices also. Last apt. We needed a new water heater our was leaking. Told them the situation. They sent someone that day to figure out what was wrong. Came the very next day and did the work.

These dudes are awesome, I had another company come look at my kitchen sink that wasn't draining and was told my pipes were frozen, that didnt make sense to me so i got jt&k to come and they had it fixed up in a little over an hour, jt&k will be my go to plumbers from here on out

JT&K came in front of our house to work on some underground pipes presumably for the city. Without asking they took the liberty of laying their equipment on our lawn, blocking our driveway and of course, coming up to our house to unravel and use our hose. I wouldn't be leaving this review if some common courtesy was employed and we would of just be informed or been asked. **EDIT: I DID in fact make sure to talk to everyone in the household and we were ONLY informed that the water would be shut off until the afternoon due to work on the street. Nothing about the blocking the driveway, using our lawn as equipment holding or to use our water freely. A reply by the owner assuming zero responsibility by way of gaslighting only shows this company's way of conducting business.

They are rude, they don't care about your problems and don't particularly care about getting too you urgently. I don't usually leave reviews, but if you are looking for a plumber and need one on the same week, they can't help you. And if you want to be talked to like a child, go ahead and give them a call. There are tons of plumbers out there. Go with one that actually values customer service. Response: I appreciate your well wishes. Had this been the type of interaction I had when dealing with the woman on the phone, I would have probably just waited the five days. My main issue was her attitude. But, I have to say I'm grateful in the end because it prompted me to call another plumber. John Henry's was able to come out and fix all the issues within HOURS while working with the insurance company AND being incredible friendly. Customer service is important. I wish your company the best of luck, but in the future hope that you can approach each customer with a little more empathy and not treat them like just another appointment. I've never written a bad review before, so I hope you understand that this wasn't done lightly.

We had them come out to fix a leak in our bathtub dripping through our ceiling twice now. The first time we patched up the ceiling and it leaked through our repairs, luckily we kept it open this time. They haven't called me back after weeks of me leaving multiple voicemails because they don't answer their phones. Edit: Responding to the owner's reply because I received no call backs. Added in photos of my call log for the past month to prove they're lying.

They were a contractor with American Home Shield warranty. I sent request and was called within hours. Woman on phone was professional and helpful. Gentleman came out the next day and did a great job. One of the jobs needed to be pre-approved from AHS so he took pictures and sent it in. Was approved in just a few days and got a call they could come fix it that day. Wonderful service! Thanks again!

Complete waste of my time! I submitted a request through our Home Warranty to come inspect the water heater because we had no hot water. They were very responsive and came to look at it that day and told me I needed a new water heater. Great! No complaints from my end. They collected a $100 service fee and told me they would set up everything with the home warranty and I should hear back from them in 3 days. After 5 days of nothing, I called our Home Warranty provider and asked if they would follow up with the request. They put in a ticket to follow up with JT & K Services every day until it was resolved. After zero response for 2 more weeks, I follow up again to see what the deal was. The Home Warranty company informed me they had called EVERY DAY to follow up with them. JT & K never answered the phone and never returned their phone call. Basically they avoided the Home Warranty company like the Black Plaque I told the Home Warranty I wanted a new plumber. So we had to start the whole process again, ugh! Luckily the next plumbing company came out, did the inspection, ordered a new water heater and installed it in only 3 days. To recap, I wasted 3 weeks waiting for JT & K Services to come fix our water heater. On a side note, JT & K Services told me what they recommended needed to be fixed when replacing the water heater (piping, fittings, vent, etc). I told the 2nd plumber what JT & K told me, and they said all of that was unnecessary and that JT & K was probably adding more work for themselves because it was a Home Warranty call. Save yourself some time & frustration & walk away.

JT & K were contracted by my home owner's warranty. They called me promptly to set up an appointment. They were willing to come same day. They called when they were on the way. Arrived promptly. They were friendly and professional. They clearly explained to me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. After they finished they again explained what was done. The entire time they were very friendly and personable. I will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs once my warranty has expired.
