Able Plumbing

Jim and Shawn from Able Plumbing are THE BEST! They arrived on time, were beyond courteous and considerate of our home, and problem solved a nearly 20 year outdoor faucet/plumbing issue. I would recommend Able Plumbing to anyone in the greater Omaha area! Thanks Able Plumbing...for a job extremely well done!!!

Jim saved the day! He came to evaluate a leak in my water softener and recommended I get a new one because mine was old was obviously leaking. Shortly after he left the water softener piping decided to burst so I called him back. He arrived ASAP and fixed the issue. Jim was very nice and great to work with. I highly recommend him!

Jim was a great and knowledgable plumber but the office staffer that takes calls took away any positive feedback that could be given to this company. Customer service is non-existent! First of all, they do not have convenient payment options such as paying with credit or debit card at all. Therefore, my wife and I ended up sending a check during the pandemic in 2020. Our check did not deliver to Able so we reach out to contact them to make sure we can get it taken care of and the customer service lady then states we can only paid by certified check (while saying it needs to be certified to ensure the funds are their because she believes we aren't trying to pay). My wife was taken by surprise by the insinuation, so I take over communication and take it upon myself to bring either cash or check. When giving feedback about their poor customer service, the lady claims she is the owner and that we were at fault for not paying our bill with Able. When I tell her she will never get business from us again, she says "well great, we don't want to provide service for you ever again." Just wow!

The previous owners of our new home commissioned Able Plumbing to do some plumbing repairs before we moved in and we were sent an invoice showing the work had been done. However, they annihilated the plumbing to the bathtub and every bath or shower was dumping water onto the ceiling of the family room below. It started with a small stain and then suddenly chunks of drywall fell out. They only warranty their shoddy work for 30 days and we just had to pay another company $2200 to fix what they screwed up. We will never use Able and we will tell everyone we possibly can about how terrible they are.

Have to say, their staff has always been very professional, prompt, and reasonable. We used them to build our new home, and on various work over the past 10 years. I recommend them without hesitation.

After a remodel and several follow up visits, I can safely say that I think Able is wonderful! Fast and courteous service from start to finish.

Staff is extremely rude, especially the woman in the office. Would never use this business. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Extremely rude admin assistant. Would not recommend.
