AC Heating Plumbing

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our kitchen sink was completely clogged. Technician came out and quoted $375 for unclogging/cleaning. While doing so, he broke the galvanized steel pipe, so the entire pipe underneath the sink and into the wall/cabinets had to be replaced. Turned into costing me $1300 which I reluctantly paid. Come to find out his cleaning also busted a hole in ANOTHER pipe further down the line and my entire basement flooded. When I called Burton to inform them of this problem, they said someone would be out between 2-5 pm. Once it was 5:30 pm and I hadn’t heard anything I called again and asked when I could expect the technician to be out. They told me soon and that was it, I called again around 6:45 pm because I STILL hadn’t heard from them and they said by 8. I had specifically asked that it NOT be the same person as the first time. Not only did they send the same technician, but he didn’t show up until 9 pm and then proceeded to tell us he would not be able to fix it and that one of the ‘plumbers’ will need to come out to fix it. I am so upset as to WHYYYYY wasn’t a real plumber sent out in the first place??? Needless to say I will NEVER be using Burton again. Don’t waste your money.
