Ak-Sar-Ben Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Extremely disappointed. AkSarBen cleared my main drain in mid June. It already is clogged again, so I called. Of course they do not make guarantees. The person who came out to clear the drain worked on it for a while, then packed everything up to go and asked me to flush the toilet to check. He didn't even run water out of the washer to check. When I went back into the house to comply, I found my basement flooded, the drain still clogged. He did clear it eventually, for $180.00.

Came in and put new pipe from garbage disposal 12 inch max and carged $194 for a 5 minute job. Then was quoted $240 to come back out and unclog my kitchen sink. Had another company come out and they unclogged my sink for $139! Aksarben is way over priced..will never call them again.

Called on a Saturday and got same day service. Reasonable prices and they don’t charge overtime for weekends, which is a plus. Fixed the problem and the tech was good. Overall good experience.
