I recently had a service call for a leaking shower faucet. A plumber named Earl came to help me out. He fixed the shower faucet and was very tidy, organized, and polite. After he finished, I noticed that the hot water wasn’t quite hot enough. I reached out, and they happily sent Earl back to adjust the water temperature. He was very friendly and made sure the hot water was just right for me. The whole experience, from the office staff to the service call, was excellent. Great value, and I would definitely call them again in the future.

I have worked with a plumbing service for several years now. Recently, I met with the owner for the installation of a new boiler. He was very professional and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, a truly great person! He sent over John, who installed my new water heater a while back, along with Earl and I believe Harrison (sorry if that's not the right name), and they were fantastic! Other firms were not available to promptly set up my mother's water heater, but, thankfully, Alexis's Finest Plumbers came to our rescue swiftly. They sent Earl, the most professional plumber I've ever encountered. He was extremely communicative about his arrival time and was there to initially assist with turning off and stopping the leakage. After we purchased the new water heater, Earl returned post-lunch, ready to get to work. The completed job was highly professional and efficient, with Earl installing new pipes and tidying the area.
