Brooke Peters Plumbing

Small, family-owned company. I needed a pressure regulator for gas line in my house because the old one was leaking gas. I don't touch anything gas. Brooke, the owner, quoted me an hour for the job as they have a 1 hour minimum. He came personally this AM and replaced it in about 20 minutes. Appears to be working well. No more gas leak. He was polite, fast, and left the area clean. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will update this if anything changes.

I felt the technician was fair and honest with me. We were concerned a pipe may have burst. but based on the location of the water coming in it did some likely it was a crack in the foundation. He was transparent that he couldn't confirm anything without taking a look. He did have to cut a couple holes in the wall, which maybe could have been a little smaller, but after taking a look he confirmed it was the crack in the foundation. This was a pretty quick job, so I definitely appreciated that he cut us a deal. After he left, we did find a shutoff that would have been helpful to have discussed. Not necessarily a big issue, but thought maybe that was something he would have noticed. I will definitely call for future issues. I believe they are honest folks.

Brooke Peters Plumbing is the best! Whenever we have a plumbing issue, they are who we call, but this last time, they went above and beyond! We had water coming into our basement on the opposite side from where the sump pump is, so I was perplexed as to where it was coming from. I called Brooke Peters frustrated and a little panicked looking to see if he had any insight on the problem, and he calmly gave me a few suggestions on things to try that might help figure out what was causing the flooding and added to call him back after I'd done them. It ended up being the sump pump, and he had someone come out and fix it that same afternoon. Excellent service! Thanks!

Had an appointment scheduled on a Monday for Thursday of the same week with a window of 11:00am-3:00pm. The plumber failed to show or notify of the cancellation. I only learned that they were not planning on coming after calling them after 3:00pm. It is a great waste of time to take the day off from work and wait for their appointment. Poor customer service. * Would give zero stars if that was an option.

I am incredibly happy with Brooke Peters Plumbing! They came out last week to fix what I thought would be a big problem. They solved the issue quickly and without cleaning out my bank account. Very reasonable!!!

Made two separate appointments with this company only to be stood up and forgotten about both times by the owner. He even admitted to not checking the scheduling board. I had to call them to figure out where they were and why they didn’t show up, no courtesy calls.

Great company! Came out to fix a busted pipe for my brother. They were there right away. They fixed the issue quickly and properly. I was shocked when I heard how low cost it was for the problem he had.
