They did a fantastic job from the person who was able to get an appointment for me within hours of my phone call to the service tech who had to move a heavy lid and and put out 200 feet of heavy hose . He went above and beyond, not only pump the tai but also by hosing out, properly cleaning the septic tank and putting the place back together like he was never there.

Alan with Burton was excellent in guiding us through the process to install a backup generator for our home. Very helpful and saved us thousands from a different bid from another company. The installation crew did a great job as well. Very considerate. Burton needs to add "and Electrical" to their logo. Their electrical department has earned it. :)

Frank was such a pleasure to work with. He came in with the best personality and explained what he was going to do. When he was done, he came and sat with me and showed me everything that he had done to include pictures he had taken of my furnace. He also informed me of what steps I should take next when deciding when to replace my furnace. He was very thorough when speaking with me. I had a clogged washing machine drain. Called Burton for the $93 special to unclog your drain. The technician was good and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote after evaluating the drain. It from $93 to $435 real quick. So it makes me feel like the $93 is just to get you in then they get you with the real price. The technician unclogged the drain no problem, but I question the pricing method.

Shawn did a wonderful job! He fully explained all my options and gave a great rundown of the process. Travis then came in and ran a camera through my main line to show other concerns and ran me through options of fixing those issues. Very satisfied! Highly recommend!
