Water heater died, plumber arrived next morning with new water heater. Installed and working within 2 hours. He also cleaned tracked spots on stairway carpet for no extra charge. Very efficient and professional experience.

We had a problem in our basement where the washer/dryer drain in the floor was backed up. Dan Fay Plumbing came out and evaluated it, gave us an estimate, and completed the work quickly. I couldn't imagine what was below the concrete floor, but they cut it out, repaired what needed to be, and it's been running better than ever! And, I've owned this home for over 26 years and it's draining like new construction! Highly recommended.

Called all around and Dan Fay Plumbing was the most reliable price. Plus had a 50$ discount on water heater installs. I watched him work and he explained what he was doing and why. Afterwards he show me how to maintain the water heater. Very friendly and efficient, would recommend to anybody.

Very old water heater finally gave out….called Dan Fay plumbing around 10 AM the next day and within a couple hours they had the old one out and new one installed and everything cleaned up…..they also snaked out our drains while here! Dan Fay Plumbing is very professional and the best in Omaha!
