I hired JTM Plumbing and Drain to install a new water softener and perform a drain cleaning in my home. Soon after, my 1990’s water heater stopped working. JTM got it replaced! The crew was on time, clean, and professional. I will always recommend the folks at JTM. Don't hesitate to give them a call!

Wednesday midnight our grinder pump alarm started “chirping.” Thursday morning, after checking the level of waste water in the pit to see that the pump was functioning, I contacted JTM to come and check it out. Hannah was able to get me on Friday’s schedule with someone who has experience with residential grinder pumps. Daniel was kind, efficient and knowledgable in his interactions and work with the pump and alarm. This is the fourth time I’ve used JTM and will continue to use them when I need the expertise of a plumber. Thank you, Hannah and Daniel and JTM!
