He provided an estimate and advised us to contact the office to schedule an appointment. I called back and set everything up with Roman, and now we have a brand-new water heater. I will definitely choose Miles's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Here's what happened: We had a natural gas leak one Friday night that needed immediate help from the fire department to turn off the gas and an energy company to check for leaks. The technician recommended that we find a plumber who specializes in natural gas work to pressure test the lines before turning the gas back on. So, I reached out to a plumbing service over the weekend and left a message. First thing Monday morning, Cory returned my call and was at my home just 30 minutes later to inspect the situation. Within an hour, he sent one of his plumbers to pressure test the line. While we waited, Cory contacted the city to arrange for an inspector to come out as quickly as possible, which is necessary to restart the gas. Later that same afternoon, an inspector arrived to review and approve the test. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Their response time was impressive, customer service was excellent, and the pricing was very fair. I’m really grateful for their help!

Roman reminds me of my grandpa, a man of few words but full of care, always ready to lend a hand and ensure everything is done properly. He arrived quickly and honestly informed me that replacing my kitchen light with the same model wasn't necessary, as it turned out to be the entire fixture that needed changing. He even took the time to pick up a new fixture from Lowes and installed it for me. The price was very fair, and now I'm thrilled to have good lighting for cooking again. To my surprise, I received a call from Miles's Plumbing a little after 8 AM the following day, and they said a technician could be there in about 30 minutes. I agreed, and someone arrived within 15 to 20 minutes. They fixed my issue quickly, professionally, and honestly, all at a fair price. It was clear that they valued my business. Now, whenever I need a plumber, Miles's Plumbing will be my first choice. I have used them multiple times since and they are always honest and quick.

Cory was patient with us, even when he had to wait while we consulted with our home buyer's warranty representative for approval. I contacted them to arrange for the installation and removal of the old dishwasher. I was hoping they could schedule it within a week, possibly even today... Remarkably, they managed to come today and do it all at once again at a very affordable rate! They are definitely our preferred plumbing company! They complete tasks swiftly without compromising on quality! Furthermore, their pricing is always fair!

The plumber who assisted me was Ezekiel from Miles's Plumbing. His service was top-notch, he was incredibly approachable, highly knowledgeable, and very efficient. I will surely be endorsing his services to anyone I know who requires expert plumbing assistance. The task involved overhauling a bathroom setup, transitioning from a shower/tub to a shower only, and converting a double-sink vanity to a single sink. Ezekiel adeptly updated the drain lines from 1.5' to 2' and installed the rough-in copper for the shower cartridge, shower head, and vanity, opting for soldered copper piping. Due to an oversight on my part, the work had to be split into two separate sessions. However, Ezekiel went above and beyond to ensure his availability and responsiveness. We maintained regular contact during the interval between the sessions, and he was unfailingly patient and accommodating. The quality of his work was exceptional, completing all the soldered joints seamlessly on the first attempt without any need for touch-ups. Furthermore, the pricing was quite reasonable. Although his quote was slightly above the lowest estimate, I felt most comfortable with Ezekiel. I'm glad I trusted my intuition, as I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend his service and will definitely contact him for any future plumbing needs. A solid 10/10 experience!
