Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Omaha are incredible! We closed on our home and later that night found that our hot water wasn’t working. I called them the next day and they came out the very same day, inspected, and installed the water heater. Not only were they completely convenient, but the customer service was top-notch. We plan to use Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Omaha for all of our plumbing services going forward for the simple fact that they cared about our situation, they did everything to be convenient as we were traveling out of town and were able to just give them the garage code and trust they’d get the job done. They kept us updated throughout the day until the project was finished, sent us several photos, and we walked into a clean area and hot water! Thank you, to our AWESOME technicians, Izzy and Ron, for all you did to make this a seamless and stress-free situation that started out as a big worry for new home owners. And to the guy who answered the phone with a smile on his face, as he was so kind and reassuring and set the tone for an amazing experience right from the start!

Great service! They came over almost right away, were super professional, and got my issues fixed. They were up front about the pricing (they give the quote before doing the work, but there is a fee for the driving and diagnostics only if you don't get the work done) and I thought it was very reasonably priced. Love that there's a 30-day warranty too (just in case).

Could not have had a better experience with Mr. Rooter! I called because I had a stopped up garbage disposal. I was shocked when they said that they could have someone out within the hour. The plumber, Izzy, was communicative and friendly. He was clear about pricing. He fixed the disposal and didn't try to cut straight to replacement. I felt valued as a customer and felt that pricing was reasonable. I definitely recommend this company!

Izzy was amazing and he was able to get out to me and help me very quickly. We had him come drain one of our drains about a year ago and he was even so kind and remembered us and asked us about how the drain was working. I would recommend to everybody Ik who has plumbing issues

Very happy I called Mr. Rooter! Amazing customer service the whole time. Izzy and Aaron ended up doing a ton of work thanks to my older 1960s home, but they stuck to their word/qoute, had quality workmanship, and backed the work they did 100% Even met the owner/master plumber who made sure they got everything done in one day (as discussed).

I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case I will. During the last cold spell 18 February my hot water pipe froze, so I get on the phone with Mr Rooter Omaha. The person on the phone stated someone would be out within an hour or so, the person on the phone was professional. When the plumber arrived who happens to be a sale manager for the company Ronald Peterson, he confirmed I had a frozen pipe and his solution was to cut a hole in my drywall and heat up the pipe for this he explained “it will be $250 just for me to take my tools out of my van”. The guy never asked to visit the basement to even see if there was the possibility the problem could be down there. After taking a minute to contemplate his idea, I ask if there was something else could be done without going to drastic measures of cutting a 4-foot hole in my bedroom wall. He told me that there wasn’t and continuing he wasn’t the one who ran the pipe and then he has no idea how the was ran, he also explained how he has been a plumber for twenty years and know what he is talking about!!!. I told him that I would find another solution, he responded by asking that I pay $90 call out fee, I asked him to send me the invoice and I would pay by mail. Ronald left in such a fluster he forgot his iPad which I had to call his office to have return to collect it which he did about fifteen minutes later. Thinking he was going to send the invoice by mail I waited to send in the $90. Today 26 February I collected my mail from the mailbox to find a letter from a debt collection agent dated 19 February for the $90. What happen to the pipe that was frozen you may ask, well I called a local plumber ten minute after Ronald picked up his iPad and after I had explained to them what was going on, they directed me over the phone how to correct the problem. Find the service pipe at the lowest part of the home and heat it with a hair dryer… ten minutes later the water was flowing again. Mr Rooter never again! PS I had to award a star to post this one star too many!

After using another vendor 9 months earlier to resolve a sewer backup, I found myself with the same issue again. This time I called Mr. Rooter and Izzy was the tech that was at my home within the hour. Needless to say I was very upset. Izzy walked me thru all the potential causes, discussed cost and was incredibly thorough and kind. Would highly recommend
