Over this past week and a half, we had some major water issues in our basement. We had a couple of plumbing companies give us different appointment windows to come out, but they didn't show up. We kept calling various plumbing companies, and I called Plumbrite in the middle of the night and left a message. Although they couldn't make it out then, they called me back on Monday morning, and Noah showed up mid-morning this Monday. It was worth the wait! Noah was just what we needed! Not only was he very courteous and friendly, but he was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. For our plumbing issues, he gave us different repair scenarios and different pricing options accordingly. Nothing felt "pushed on us" or, like, we didn't have options. We had Josh and Austin from PlumbRite Plumbing at our house for past 2 days. Installing a Tankless water heater and Soft Water unit. I can’t say enough about this team. Very detail oriented, very professional and super nice men. They did a superb job of cleaning up after the units were installed. Josh walked us thru how the units work and explained in detail all the components. They also installed a new kitchen faucet with all new hoses etc. Happy Happy with all their work.

Shaun came and cleared out a blockage in our main sewer line. We have some issues with roots, but Shaun was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained all the options thoroughly and gave us his recommendation, but didn't pressure us on what to pick. Another guy, Cody, scoped our line and showed us everything and explained as he did it. Everything was laid out clearly and easy to understand. These guys are great and we will be calling again if we need more work done. (This was a while ago, sorry for the late review.) Greg came out and quickly diagnosed the bathroom issues we were having. Proposed multiple options for fixes in a clear and concise manner that made it easy to decide how to move forward. Completed the job in a timely manner and was very professional. Thank you

Had them install water heaters for us cost $16,000+. They used to small of wires/pipes/fittings and now our breakers pop everyday. Costing me $2,000 to fix through someone else. When I called to let them know they said it wasn’t their problem but all the other companies who came out says it 100% was their fault.

Ray was amazing super helpful and explained everything to where we understood everything happening with the plumbing from the house to the street. Went into detail and also showed us the live footage of the lines. Gave us options for the situation we’re dealing with and even offered financing options. Definitely thankful he came out to do the inspection as we are first time home buyers and want to be aware of what we’re getting into! Thank you so much Ray for your amazing help and explanation also for being super understanding and attentive.

We recently used PlumbRite for plumbing in our basement finishing. A small bathroom and kitchenette. Cooper and his team was very professional and courteous. Upon arrival Cooper went over the plan, explained everything that was going to happen, and why. Once the job was completed, we went over everything once again too ensure nothing was missed, and that we understood everything, and to go over any questions that we may have had. They also cleaned up after themselves very well before they left. The job was very quick (less than a full day), and quality work. I would highly recommend PlumbRite.
