We want to recognize your technician Larry. He made several sometimes long visits diagnosing our furnace issue. He reached out to the manufacturer to determine the cause of the problem and was able to resolve the problem. Larry was always very professional, diligent and always helped us understand what was going on. Thanks again Larry for an excellent customer service experience.
