He reached out to the manufacturer to determine the cause of the problem and was able to resolve the problem. The Service One technician was just here servicing our furnace and humidifier. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He kept us informed about what he was doing along the way and answered all the questions we had. He also gave us a good recommendation about the type of humidifier filter we should be using. I never hesitate to recommend Service One to family and friends.

We had a water leak and they fixed it very quickly and never left a mess or anything for us to clean up. He also told me about a problem the leak may have caused in water damage in the cabinet. I really appreciated that as I would not have thought about that. Both of the guys were very polite and helpful. We do appreciate Service One!

Although Marty had us scheduled for a different day, he came out and helped us after 5pm. The water was shut off and it had been all day since last evening. He was friendly and explained to me everything we needed moving forward(I have no idea about plumbing). Next week we should have a new faucet and our pipes working back to normal!! Thanks Marty!!! Also the two representatives one being Angela were amazing as well even though I called twice to find out if we were getting service or not!!! Thanks again!!

ServiceOne and the plumber worked very well with me as I work daytime hours, and they were able to accommodate a late afternoon appointment. The gentleman was very knowledgeable with his plumber skills, efficient and explained the work he was about to conduct and cleaned up prior to departing my property.

Randy Springer was the best Technician that Service One has sent to service my air conditioning unit. He was sure there was a filter for my air conditioner in the attic so he went up there and it dated from May 7, 2012. I have had my air conditioning serviced three times since 2018 and also cleaned and charged the unit. I had to go buy a new filter and need someone to come and install it please. He was very professional and did an excellent job.
