Just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed! Jeff was quick to give us an estimate and the crew had our stuff installed in two days and inspected. They were our best estimate. Overall very accurate and efficient.

We have an old beast of a furnace no one wants to work on, but when it wasn’t heating we needed help. We called on a Friday morning and Russ arrived that afternoon. He was awesome and explained everything, and got us back up and running. Everyone from our initial call to the service technician was great. Highly recommend Frazier!

Recently I moved into a house that Frazier had installed 2 furnaces in 2020. On one of them, the filter is nearly impossible to change without smashing and mangling it, due to flu, gas, electrical all in the way. Any tech worth having would see that issue and correct it during installation. For that reason alone, I would never call them for anything. Also, (and I more so blame the previous owner for being cheap) the furnaces are 80%. Who would still be offering that trash as an option in 2020?

We received an email notice that the furnace had a "fault" and was not operating. That's a feature of our fancy smart thermostat. Interesting that the notice was even before we noticed the house getting cooler. It was 20 degrees outside. It was Sunday and we were on our way to church so we called the Frazier Company and left a message with the "after hours" telephone assistant - a live person not a recording. We got a return call from Russ at Frazier before we'd sat down and arranged for him to meet us at home at 1:00 after the service. At exactly 1:00, Russ knocked on the door, entered and put on his booties. It didn't take long to diagnose the issue and fix it. While he was here, Russ checked the filters, checked the settings and made sure all the fittings were tight. While no one is eager to have a furnace problem in the winter and on a Sunday, we are grateful to be able to rely on the Frazier Company to be on our side. Capable, honest and nice people are the words I'd use to describe them. We highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning went out and it was heating up in the house! I called Frazier Co's emergency line and they had a tech out to my house in less than 35 minutes. Russ was our service tech and I gotta say he is probably one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Courteous, Super-Friendly, Funny and knows his stuff. He had us fixed up in about 45 minutes. Russ should be the poster guy for Customer Service because he is the real deal! Thank you Russ! I will recommend your company to anyone that is looking for heating and air service! 5 stars!

Had a new AC unit installed by The Frazier Co. Jason came out and was very courteous, professional, honest & answered all my questions. Additionally, he went above and beyond by lining up the install while he was on vacation. Heath and Zach were courteous and professional as well and was willing to answer any questions. They did a great job on the install. The electrician that came out was respectful. Shelly was very prompt and courteous on having the service tech come out to inspect the work, I really appreciated the call from Shelly letting me know that James was on the way. The courteousness and respectfulness followed with James as well. Overall this was a great experience and I really do appreciate how The Frazier Co handled the whole process. This is definitely a top notch company and I recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.

I get that companies need to make money, but come on! You dispatch the wrong people because the person in service didn’t understand the issue clearly. They come out, don’t correct the issue and still charge me $164 dollars? I have no problem paying for services that actually correct the issue. Do better Frazier.
