Dan and Don at AX Plumbing were great to work with! I had an issue that they were able to come out and troubleshoot the same day. Once the issue was diagnosed Don gave me my options to resolve the issue. He was open and honest and looked out for my best interest. Absolutely awesome service! Would highly recommend to friends and family in the Omaha metro. Our family experienced an issue with our water heater, which was leaking in the basement. Dan was so quick to make an appointment within 12 hours and a new water heater within the day! Reliable, fast, and extremely professional- not to mention this happened on Christmas Eve! We have found our permanent plumbing team with AX.

I was out of town when a tenant's water heater stopped working. I got a hold of Dan at AX Plumbing. Within an hour they were able to get out to check out the water heater. After they checked it out, he called me to talk through options. I decided to replace the unit, and by that afternoon, they had installed the new water heater, added new valves to isolate the unit, and hauled away the old one. All of this at a very fair price. Both my tenant and I couldn't be happier. The communication throughout was fantastic. I definitely recommend Ax Plumbing.

Dan and Don are so awesome! They have helped me several times with last minute plumbing needs as we have been remodeling our home. Fair prices and they won't leave the job half done or try to skimp on you with a "less than" solution. In other words, absolute professionals and kind-heartened customer service. First guys I would call!

Had an issues with a leak on a Sunday afternoon. Emailed AX plumbing to set up a time to repair. They called me 15 minutes later to go over the problem. Sent them a few pictures and had and had a time set for Monday afternoon. They were able to respond earlier than promised. Fixed the issue and was on budget. Great company with awesome communication skills that are almost unheard anymore. Will use AX plumbing for all my future needs.
