Worst company to work with!!! Went through Lowe’s to have a new water heater installed. I was told I would be receiving a call of when the plumber would be coming out as I explained that I had an appointment in the morning. I never received a call! I called Lowe’s the night before and they said someone would be there between 12-3. On my way to my appointment I get a call from the plumber that he’s on his way to my house. I explained to him that I was not home. I was upset because our water heater is leaking and they knew this. He told me that someone would call me back. I tried calling him to let him know that I would cancel my appointment and head back home but he would not answer the phone. I called the office and explained the situation and my frustration and restated how no one ever reached out to me to let me know what time they would be arriving. They told me that someone would complete the installation between 1-4. It’s 3 o’clock and no word. I called the office only to find out that they canceled my service and are refusing to install the water heater. Again, there was no communication unless I reached out to them. If you are thinking of using this company I would look elsewhere!

Best plumbers I’ve ever had. Came out the day after Christmas to fix a big mess with pipes and plumbing. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I can tell they enjoyed their job! Would hire them again in a heartbeat. The price was affordable and a lot less than some quotes that I had received

Quick response on a Monday morning, had someone out to get our pipes clear by noon. Plumbers were friendly, explained what they did, and took care to not disturb our two week old who was napping. Awesome company and people - will use in the future.

Seth came out within a day to put in new water heater and new water softener. He did an excellent job and checked back later to make sure all was good. He even loaded the salt. The price was $1500 less than another company quoted me.

I had the opportunity to see James and Isaiah in action as they installed our new dishwasher. They not only did the job to perfection, they remembered the little things. Putting a battery in a small device. Redoing the screws in our granite attachment, which should’ve been done in the first place. Quality people, quality results.

The staff is disrespectful of your time, lacks the ability to consider others obligations or show any empathy, and the lady I spoke to provided the most rude customer service I've experienced in my decades of requesting plumbing, electrical, concrete, yard, siding, roofing, etc. services. Notice this is a rare negative post from me as I usually post mostly positive reviews. OCB management I suggest holding a refresher on what good customer service looks like. Focus on these topics. Empathy: Understanding what customers are feeling and seeing things from their perspective Problem solving: Helping customers find solutions to their issues Communication: Being clear and attentive when interacting with customers Patience: Being able to remain calm and helpful, even when faced with difficult situations Personalization: Making customers feel special by understanding their needs and addressing them Proactivity: Anticipating problems and solving them before they arise Suggestions on how to improve customer service: Listen: Focus on what customers are saying and engage with their ideas Seek feedback: Ask customers for their thoughts and use that feedback to improve the service Be transparent: Keep customers informed and be honest about your business Create a positive environment: Make customers feel welcome and valued You all are probably great plumbers and good folks but if the customer gets treated poorly before any work can begin than how will one know?

When you have to call a professional plumber in it's rarely a good thing, but Dan at OCB plumbing made it a tolerable experience. He was prompt, hardworking and honest. I will definitely call them in the future for all my plumbing needs!
