I would have put zero stars if I could. I had an appointment between 10 and noon. After noon I called as no one showed up. They state their plumber did come to the house and no one was home. They claim they left a card in the door. Well, both my wife and I were home between 10 and noon. She was outside between 9:20 am and 10:00 a.m. and no plumber came to the house.

We need to create a by-pass for our business due to storage leak and entire staff at D&D (Christine, Ray, Matt, and others) were really proactive and came to our rescue. Great service, very professional, and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

We just moved to Fallon and weren’t informed that gas would be turned off on 4 April. Thought we had a plumbing issue and called D&D to look at our water heater. They should have immediately just told us we need to turn the gas back on instead of trying to fix “something” and charge $160 and we still have no hot water.

I needed pump fixed. I asked several times for an estimate starting when he first got here. He put me off by saying he wouldn't know until he looked at everything. With each request he said he didn't know yet. He had to wait around for another guy to show up and even left at one point to go get a pump which he didn't even tell me, because I had a bigger better and brand new one sitting on my back porch, I had removed from river because of floods, he could have installed. I was charged over $2000 and a $1000 of that was for a pump I didn't need to buy and several hours of labor he wasn't even working. I originally thought I was charged $2800 and gave them a one star review, but they contacted me and told me it was $2080 so I was going to change to a three star review, but writing this, nope I'm still just as angry. He did do a good job, everything works, so I guess two stars. I paid a $1000 for pump I didn't need to buy and very expensive hourly labor for time not working and wouldn't give estimate so I could transfer money if needed to pay for. I had planned on $1000 which is what it would have been if I didn't pay for pump I didn't need to pay for. 🤷‍♀️

Had a gas hot water heater installed by these people 2 years ago. Along with the many problems they caused by themselves, just noticed the vent for the gas fumes came loose from the vent stack! Had to call a "competent" plumber to fix this SERIOUS problem!!

I highly recommend this plumbing company 1st job they did for me was a no freeze spigot on my house....a few weeks later when my hot water heater went out they installed one for me.... professional installers professional office staff All good... reasonable $'s charged.... I would make a suggestion this is for ALL plumbing contractors and companies working on your home. DO NOT supply any parts to the installer use the plumber supplied parts believe me in the long run you won't save money by supplying your on parts. RV ...Fallon,NV

They came to my home, the water was turned off already at the main valve near the street, their "plummer" had no idea the water was already shut off. He turned the valve off under the home, not knowing it was already off. He proceeded to 'cap off' the WRONG PIPE, then he thought he had turned the water valve back on, not realizing that the water was still SHUT OFF at the street. He left thinking that he had completed the job! When I turned the water back on, the pipe was still leaking water into my wall and inside my home. He refused to call me to talk about what he did, and is still trying to collect $350 from me. D and D must stand for DUMB AND DUMBER
