We unfortunately found ourselves with a water main leak somewhere between the meter in the street and the house. Luckily, Pirate Plumbing responded to my request for quotes for repair. Unlike many other companies, they did not require $50-$125 just to provide a quote! Donny the ops manager arrived on time and quickly provided options to get the problem fixed. We ultimately opted for a full line replacement and they quickly got to work. The work was as promised, very professional and quick all at a fair price. Even the city inspector commented on the quality of the work! Donny is an excellent plumber and everyone I came into contact at Pirate is the same. Professional, friendly and accommodating to get the job done. We have now found our plumbing company for all our needs moving forward. Thank you Pirate for the great work!!

Do y'all not have monitors on your company vehicles or issue driving tests before hiring people and allowing them to be on the roads?! This idiot was flying through a 35mph zone, going AT LEAST 65 for several miles and kept his turn signal on the entire time with no intention of turning or switching lanes. Also smoking cigarettes which can't be a professional smell/look for potential clients. What a shame. Do better.

Astro Plumbing did such an amazing job installing our water heater when our old one busted. They gave a us great price for a new tankless water heater, water softener, and RO water filtration system. The set up is simply stunning. After the job was completed, a sudden leak started under the sink. They were quick to respond and helped us identified the issue and even gave us a great discount to install a new faucet and put in new lines! Everyone on the team was so friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!!

Astro Plumbing was simply Stellar! Michael, their technician, was superb; clearly explained problems and offered sound options. I have used their services a year ago, most recently, and will call them in the future. They are my 1st (and likely only) choice in Plumbing.

The leak was a loose gasket at top of water softener and Matt fixed in minutes and no charge. Someone using walker right now as rod in left leg as fell backwards 11/15/23. Doing better but people’s help like your company and Matt are great till I am able to walk better.

Service provider (Nick) arrived as planned and was simply exceptional in resolving our plumbing issues. Called on Astro (Pirate) Plumbing on two separate occasions in different homes/issues almost a year apart, and they have been outstanding both times.
