They came and fixed my leaky shower head quickly and efficiently. Very easy to work with and super nice too! They were easy to communicate with through text and worked with me to get to the house as quickly as possible. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Had a toilet clog, Helen responded right away with an ETA and was also upfront with pricing. Jerry and his son were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He was a pleasure to chat with, would highly recommend!

Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. I highly recommend this company to anybody that requires plumbing services.

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

Absolutely LOVE this company! Jerry and Helen are knowledgeable, customer service friendly and extremely nice/good people all wrapped in one. Have been using them for about 5 years now on numerous different plumbing issues i’ve had since purchasing my home and I would never even consider looking anywhere else when i need plumbing work done. Would highly recommend hiring Catania and Son Plumbing. I hired them to replace a faucet in a rental home and they provided a competitive quote and coordinated the work with the tenant. The tenant reported they were very nice and the work was done well. Update: We needed a plumber again recently and did not hesitate to call them for another quote. They answered on a weekend, gave a fair quote and did another great job.

In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a leak in my condo and it was leaking into my neighbors condo underneath us. Not only was Helen knowledgeable but also very helpful! She had someone out there immediately to diagnose the situation. Her plumber found the cracked pipe and was able to resolve it in a day. She’s worked with me sending all the info to my warranty company and answering all of my questions. She helped me schedule with my tenants and neighbor downstairs. They were literally life savors! We had had another company that my warranty company suggested and they were the absolute worst so we were so ecstatic that Helen was able to help us out. I highly recommend them to anyone for a true diagnostic and resolution without getting ripped off. Thank you again Catania and Son!
