Innovative did a great job fixing a leak in our water mainline. They came out the day we called. The cost was lower than anticipated because of a creative workaround that prevented taking up and replacing a concrete patio. They also replaced a sprinkler main line that was 20 years old. They kept us informed in the entire process, they were professional and worked hard to get the job done and done correctly. When they told me my front desert landscaping would look the same, I was a little skeptical. It looked amazing. If I hadn't seen the trenching myself I wouldn't have believed it was there. Jose and David came out to the house and replaced the main water line that was leaking. They also installed two faucets and maintenance the water heater, installed a new waterline for the pool auto fill. They did a phenomenal job on our water heater replacement, and since our garbage disposal repair, we also had them clear a main line for us as well. Best plumbers I’ve ever hired! I needed a main line replaced and a new backflow preventer valve installed at my house and had 4 different plumbing companies come out to assess and bid on the project. Jose, David, Tiffany, and the others from Innovative were truly a cut above. Super knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. Top quality work. This was a big project, so I had a lot of questions about the details. They patiently and intelligently answered every question, even down to the pros and cons of going with different types of piping. This put me at ease and helped me realize that they were the right company with the right people, the right skills and experience, the right ethics, and the right can-do attitude I was looking for. Once I was ready, the work was promptly scheduled and done to a higher standard than I would have expected, especially the landscape restoration. That especially put a smile on my face. I’d say the #1 aspect that sets them apart is their abundant communication throughout the whole process. They were warm, friendly, and patient but never salesy or pushy. They showed up when they said they would, and I always got calls or texts before their visits to let me know they were on their way, along with a fairly precise ETA, sometimes even down to the minute. I’m additionally grateful to them for helping me get past some emotional resistance I had to finding and hiring a plumber in this city. They provided ample proof that there are great people working in this field, and we can indeed find them if we take the time to look and don’t settle for mismatches or partial matches.
