He suggested installing an alarm to prevent similar issues in the future. At first, I decided to skip the alarm to save some cash, but later realized he was right; having an alarm would help me maintain the new pump and avoid the cost of replacing it every few years. billy from a family-run plumber company did a great job installing a kitchen faucet we got from a local store. billy went above and beyond, ensuring everything under the sink was leak-free. there was a minor leak from the connection to the dishwasher, unrelated to the faucet, that billy later returned to fix. now, it's all good and leak-free, all thanks to billy. can't recommend this plumber service enough, it feels good to back small businesses here in henderson.

wow! what fantastic service!! i rarely pen down reviews, but i felt it was important to acknowledge the exceptional service i received. my water heater broke down over the weekend. i dialed the emergency line and spoke to miguel. he guided me through troubleshooting the water heater over the phone, and we managed to get it up and running. i voiced my concerns about potential larger problems with the heater, so we agreed i would schedule a service call. even though it was a sunday, miguel never made me feel hurried, ensuring all my queries were addressed before we concluded the call. miguel arrived at our henderson home today for the scheduled service call and inspected the water heater to make sure we hadn't overlooked any issues during our phone call on sunday. moreover, i had an issue with standing water - 'mystery water' as noted on the work order - in my basement. miguel was incredibly thorough in examining all potential causes. he systematically eliminated possible reasons until he believed he'd identified the actual source of the water. initially, i disagreed with him, but he professionally demonstrated that his theory was correct and resolved my 'mystery water' issue. i've always received excellent service, but today truly surpassed my expectations. hats off to billy and miguel for a job exceptionally well done!
