The Cooling Company is a breath of fresh air, they were honest, diligent, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they have a local company type of vibe. I feel like they actually cared to take time to diagnose our AC system and present options rather than try to push us solely into spending the most money. We appreciate the team at The Cooling Company and know, without a doubt, who to contact for our HVAC needs!

New technician Jad arrived on time and was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He was shown the location of the heating units and took care of business in a quick and efficient manner. He explained the work after completion and showed photos of the areas he mention and all looked well. There were no major issues and thing should be working for the season without a problem.

The Cooling Company has the best customer service that I've experienced from any company in a long time. From the people who answer the calls to the technicians (especially Justin & Edgar) who come into your home, everyone is just so friendly and easy to deal with. They are respectful and don't try to oversell anything. I highly recommend them.

Just had routine heating system maintenance done on a rental property and the tenants went out of their way to say how nice the technician, Edgar, was during the visit. They said he was personable and efficient. He also called me after the service to tell me about the maintenance and I have to agree he is thorough and friendly. I recently bought a top of the line Lennox system from Ray and the cooling company. It was expensive, but it’s certainly a lot better than what I had before and I’m really happy I went with the cooling company. Other companies I engaged were overcharging for lesser equipment. I really feel Ray and Justin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Variable ACs are far superior than the standard counterpart.
