Negative: Missed an appointment and did not call, resulting in a wasted day.

I felt bad seeing the other review and wanted to write. I have worked with Shane for almost 10 years. He has always been amazingly responsive. My water heater blew a leak at 6:30am on a Saturday, he answered his phone, and he was at my house installing a new one by 10:30am!! Awhile ago he took time to walk me through an involved procedure with my water heater, over the phone, and never even charged me. He has always responded right away to any emergency I have had, and I've had a few!

Shane has come to my rescue many times. He is on time, professional and friendly. He follows through and makes sure all is good I highly recommend his company.

I called Monday April 8th in the early afternoon. The man that answered name was Shane. He said he would be over to my moms house on Tuesday at April 9th at 12:30 pm NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED. Bad business would not recommend. Wasted day!
