Access Services Group receives mixed reviews. Positive feedback highlights professional, courteous, and skilled technicians (Justin, Daniel, Tyson, and Craig) who provide excellent service, especially for complex jobs. However, negative reviews cite:
- High and unclear charges: Customers are charged for excessive labor time (including travel), service fees, and unexplained surcharges.

- Poor communication: Lack of clarity regarding charges and unresponsiveness to customer inquiries.
- Overpricing: Significantly higher estimates compared to competitors, particularly for simple jobs.

Horrible new policy's that they have put in place where the customer has to pay for their plumber to drive across town at a regular rate. I was charged for 2 hours of labor at $90/hr when the plumber was here working for 40 minutes. But because I live in Henderson and he came from north Vegas and they rounded up to the nearest hour and have a $45 service fee I got a much larger bill than was expecting. They wouldn't take off a hour for repeat costumers who were unaware of their policy changes either. They also tried to charge me for parts that I provided. Lol. You Can't make this stuff up. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of plumber companies to choose from.

Outstanding Service from Justin and Daniel at Access Service Group When my condo flooded, it was a challenging situation that required more than just standard maintenance. I called in Access Service Group, and Justin and Daniel arrived to jet the pipes and address the issue. While the job took longer than anticipated due to the problem affecting all the units on my side of the building, the unfortunate part was that it all came through my unit. Despite the difficulties, Justin and Daniel were absolute professionals throughout the entire process. They were thorough, skilled, and patient, ensuring the job was done right even under less-than-ideal circumstances. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. I give them 5/5 stars and highly recommend Justin and Daniel to anyone in need of expert service. They turned a stressful situation into one I could confidently rely on them to handle.

Professional, courteous and helpful. Tyson went above and beyond to make sure my project was exactly to the specifications necessary. Always followed through and kept to his word. Excellent communication and knowledge. He spoke with multiple inspectors to address each individual’s concerns. Great company!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! We have used Access Services Group for a variety of our plumbing needs, from a simple toilet fix to maintenance on a tankless water heater. Beware!!! When a project was not completed they charged again for a service call 2 days later to complete the work. It took the technician 30 minutes to complete to work yet I got charged for 2 hours at $90 an hour, plus $45 for something called an energy surcharge. When asked why I was charged for 2 hours I was told it was travel time for the tech to get to our house. When asked what an energy surcharge was, no one seemed to know. If you use this company be VERY AWARE of the unnecessary charges!

We Access Services Group to install a warranty part on our hot water heater. We payed about $85 on our debit card and the plumber finished in about 10 minutes. It was good, work was done no problem. Then a few weeks later we got an invoice for $318.03 with a different work order day and invoice number. Then today we go another random invoice for $85. The invoices have no phone number and have our name wrong... they are very sketchy.

I recently purchased an EV and required a 240 outlet installation. Upon reaching out to Access Service Group, their technician provided an initial estimate of $300 - $400, especially considering the proximity of my electrical box to the desired plug location. However, I was taken aback when I received their official quote a week later, which was a staggering $1,100. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I considered that perhaps this was the going rate for such a service. But upon seeking quotes from three other local competitors, each one quoted the initial $300 - $400 range, confirming my suspicions about Access Service Group's inflated pricing. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work, I am deeply disappointed with their business practices. In an era where we are grappling with soaring prices and unprecedented inflation, it's disheartening to encounter a company seemingly intent on taking advantage of customers. I would advise potential clients to exercise caution and consider alternative service providers.
