Excellent service from Shelby. He came to flush the water heater (annual visit). Arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Checked our softener system (also installed by Butter) while he was here.

I was so very pleased with the receptionist because I needed to get new splitters under my sink, ASAP, Shelby was here in 10 min. and fixed both of them in no time. I would recommend people to call them in an emergency, and they would do the best to get someone there.

After dealing with another plumbing company that would never show up on time and their technicians were extremely rude. I found this family operated company and couldn’t be happier. Colton the tech was extremely knowledgeable and was fast at finding the issue. They also fixed it the same day which was amazing. Highly recommend this company and I won’t use anyone else ever again.

Our plumber, Colton, arrived on time, did the maintenance we requested quickly, made repairs that weren't on his original schedule, was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Arrived for a nightly emergency. Showed up within the hour. Shawn made a point to arrive because the other technician was on a job and he did not want to keep us waiting. He came in and did a great job and also quoted us for a valve to return and complete. We have used their service twice and will continue using their support. 10/10
