City Wide saved Xmas. We had a main break, Danny and crew were able to assess the problem and get it done by working into the night. They were very professional and knew how to execute the job flawlessly and efficiently. Also they kept the site clean and organized. When done the site was put back to the original state. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Danny and crew is awesome.

I called this company to find a leak after I trying everything. Danny Sanchez was here within an hour of my call. He checked everything and determined it was the main line. When I asked if he was sure, he said 100% and took the time to carefully explain why it couldn't be anything else. He has 18 yrs experience and it showed! It's expensive to fix a main line and I felt his quote was extremely reasonable. Another hour or so later he came back with his crew, Gio, Alberto, and Enrique. They explained everything step by step, did not destroy my sidewalk and when they were finished, everything was cleaned up and looked the same as before. Very professional. In addition, they rerouted the irrigation pipes/lever in the garage so I could turn off inside water but leave irrigation on so my plants don't die if I have to be away. They did this for free. Danny also gave me an excellent deal on cleaning my sewer pipe since they were down there. He ran a camera down and showed it to me. He said better to do it now and not have it back up into the house someday and have to dig up the yard again. Danny said all work would be done the same day. These guys worked into the evening (8:30pm) in very cold weather. They absolutely finished in one day and the water meter finally stopped spinning. I HIGHLY recommend Citywide Plumbing, and you will be very lucky to have Danny, Gio, Alberto, and Enrique. 10/10 Very satisfied!

I cannot recommend this company enough. They worked incredibly hard to find a way to fix the backup in our 60 year old home and save us from needing to replace the pipes. Unfortunately we did need to replace those 60 year old cast iron pipes and it was a HUGE project. Pete was so patient in explaining everything that was needed and answering all of my questions. He guided us through the whole experience including working with insurance. The crew did great and efficient work and were so kind in including lots of little extras at no charge. We couldn't be happier with this company!
