Elite Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a five-star experience to say the least with Elite Plumbing, heating & air conditioning, so much though, that they will be my go-to company for me as well as now for my parents! Alan came out to my house, because I wanted to get a quote for new coils for my heating and air conditioning units. He immediately set my mind at ease with explaining information about my units in general, giving me tidbits of helpful knowledge from his 20 years of experience (14 years with Elite), all information that I didn’t know before. I now have a clear and comfortable answer to what path I’ll take moving forward. I feel that I definitely have the best company, and contact with Alan, providing any support needed. Alan was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable, making sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions before he left. I highly recommend Elite Plumbing, heating & air conditioning! Especially with a bonus being they are family owned and operated!

THE BEST IN LAS VEGAS! Five plus! I had the bottom part of a butter spreader lodged in my garbage disposal. Any other company wouldn’t have even taken the time to attempt to remove it. After some patience and elbow grease he was able to remove it and the disposal is in perfect working order, no leaking and hundreds of dollars saved by his talent, professionalism, and honesty!

This company has really good employees, great customer service as well. On time, team work to get everything done. Franklin and Jeff are so good . They Always have a smile and are meticulous. Thank you Both and Red Carpet moving Compamy. I will recommend you to my family and friends.

Would like to comment on employee Richard Mollinedo, who came by our home and fixed our thermostat. Very competent and professional guy. We were very impressed. We had some other issues, for which we received reasonable quotes on, and will definitely use Elite AC in the future.

This is my first experience with Elite. I decided to have them inspect my furnace after hearing positive things about their company from friends and neighbors. My tech Cristi arrived in time and did a thorough inspection of my unit. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. It was an overall good experience. I was told I have no current issues with my furnace. I will use Elite again in the spring to check my AC unit.

Most dishonest company. Their tech came out for an hvac repair. He opened my condenser and intentionally reversed the condenser fans direction in an effort to get me to replace the entire system. He also placed a ‘jumper wire’ in the furnace which made the A/C run while the heater was on, quadrupling our gas bill. I had an honest company come out twice to verify this. Avoid at all costs. Update: The owner actually called me from a blocked number after I posted this review. This is not a fake review. Unbelievable!

I’ve been a repeat customer of Elite’s since 2016 or 2017. They installled two new central air units at my house, and later, a new water heater and whole house water conditioner. When I got a very high water bill this month I knew there was a significant leak somewhere, and called them first. They have been so helpful and responsive, and I’m confident we will solve this latest plumbing issue quickly.
