After experiencing that my 10 month old HVAC system had a faulty switch and was in need of a chemical cleaning. I was very happy with the service that was provided by the technician Jorge Garcia. His customer service skill was very professional. His 10 years of HVAC experience is very evident in how he handles issues that arise. On top of this he help resolve the problem by offering is knowledge by helping me install, wire and program a new thermostat.

Dylan found plumbing issues that we didn't know existed. Specifically a Calcium deposit on the stop valve under the toilet in the downstairs bathroom. Then he found that the fixtures in our son's bathroom were broken (you'd think our son would have mentioned it). Our hous is almost 30 years old so we were lucky that's all that's going wrong. He also flushed out our 3 year old water heater. He was extremely professional and polite, plus he gave me some tips to help clean my sinks, and to run ice in my garbage disposal (who knew, not me).

I would definitely use their services again. I had my dryer hooked up to my gas line from another area and they did an excellent job. Service techs knew exactly what to do, great attitude, and did the job for a decent price. Very happy customer.

Over the past 7 months, we have had the pleasure of working with Ricky, a skilled technician who initially came out for a service call on our older AC unit.
