Great AC system just installed today and tankless water heater 3 years ago was also no stress. They really are good with dogs (of any size and age) they just roamed the house like usual with the technicians here. They gutted the vents from my house when I left for the day and had the new system installed and running before I came home from work.

Our biggest thanks goes out to Stevo and his crew for doing an outstanding job as always. This is the experiment we’ve always gotten with ghetto over the years and that’s why we have stuck by them for nine years now Stevo was very informative with explaining The details of his inspections and recommendations for this project to ensure our appliances and pipes will be much less affected by the hard water of Las Vegas. given all the information we received and the consultation and just walking us through the project we did not mind paying the cost because the end results were worth it. Thank you, Goettl For having Stevo oversee this project in our home and thank you to the HVAC guy I forgot your name but thank you for replacing the parts to our AC. Continue success to your company and best wishes in your future endeavors. You have such great employees.

Goettl is the way to go! Ford made the impossible, possible. I received two other estimates for a tankless water heater and the other two estimates made it impossible, but Goettl would have installed it the same day, but wanted to take the time to do it right and since it was close to the end of the day, wanted to ensure they were able to have access to everyone and everything they needed. So, they will return tomorrow morning and have it done by mid-day if not earlier. Enjoyed talking to Ford and hearing his story of how he started out as well, very cool and funny guy. So pleased with their service and coming to my rescue to ensure I have hot water again soon! I have now became a member of Goettl and already pleased with their service! I will call them every time!

I purchased a home with 39 year old heat pump. The system still worked but was very inefficient. I chose Goettl to install a new unit. They arrived on time for the appointment and got right to work. The crew of four was polite, respectful, and professional. It took a little less than 5 hours to install the new unit and replace the old, leaky duct work. A few days later, a crew came and installed 10 inches of insulation in the attic. Robert and Richard showed the same level of professionalism as the HVAC crew did. Unsurprisingly, there were some stuff marks around the attic access, and Goettl sent a repair guy who quickly repaired the damaged area. Throughout this process, efforts were made to protect carpet and flooring from dirt and damage. I'm very pleased with the results, and I'm glad I chose Goettl.

Used Goettl twice once for heater failure, Romel Alberson was the tech, he not only arrived early he found the problem within about 10-15 min. and repaired it. He was very professional and explained everything he needed to do and cost. Unit has been working without any issues to date. Next we used Goetti for there rejuvenate program, which was preformed by Brandon Moreno another outstanding tech. who also explain in detail what he was to do along with a number of pictures to go along it. Brandon P. from the plumbing side, came out to fix a leaking hose bib, and did a great job. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was punctual. He also replaced the washer and dryer valves for us. We would not hesitate to call for any future issues we may have. Great experience! Update: We had a follow up visit with Brandon to set up the Smart Sadie equipment monitoring on the app. Great service once again!
