Phillip with Hydrow Plumbing was GREAT!! The office staff were wonderful! They got Phillip in earlier than scheduled which worked out great for us!! Phillip worked quickly & efficiently & got our fireplace working again!! Great service & super nice to work with😎

Philip has been AMAZING during this main water line replacement process. He has GREAT customer service skills and makes sure you understand the process from start to finish before moving on to the next task. Philip's patience and understanding helped me as a customer get all my questions answered in a way I understood and felt comfortable with moving forward with the process. This man needs a raise or to be promoted. He made me a customer FOR LIFE.

I had a major issue with my sewer main at an older residential address. Broken pipes in multiple areas with roots in them from prior, poor landscaping. I have used so many plumbers over the course of 3+ years to try and resolve this problem. Each one had only made the issue significantly worse. When the repairs failed most recently, I received numerous quotes from local plumbers. I believe I have spoken to every plumber in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. I went with Hydro Plumbing because the workers who provided the quote were extremely professional. I could tell they cared about the quality of their work down to wearing booties in the house as to not track dirt inside. The work was completed today. The state inspector came yesterday and said it was the best work he's seen done. The inspector said it was hard to find a good plumber in this city and to keep Hydro's contact info because the work was incredibly well done. The inspector said Hydro's pricing was $10K LESS than a typical quote for the work I received. I'm overjoyed to finally have my sewer issue resolved in such a professional way. I was not an easy customer. I was very paranoid about receiving more bad work and borderline stalked the workers as they worked. They were all beyond gracious with me and answered every question I had. I'm very happy with the service provided. Thank you so much, Jordan, Luis and Aric!

This company is very easy to work with. The person who answered the phone was great and told me exactly who would show up. Jordan and Joshua were both wonderful to with and explained everything about the issue and how they were going to solve it. I would highly recommend the two guys for a job well done!!

*Update Our water heater tank was replaced with a tankless version. Same day, Hydro Plumbing was able to send Richard to look at the problem right away. He was very kind and didn’t pressure me on what to choose soon as he gave me options since our tank was due for replacement after 6 years. After discussing the pros and cons, I didn’t hesitate to invest on the tankless option. Though pricey, it was worth it. Later, he was helped by Fernando who also works at Hydro Plumbing. Cool guy and professional as well. Both of them didn’t leave the job until it was fully finished which was around 10pm. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Still highly recommend! Excellent service for the 2nd time!

I had my Rinnai tankless water heater serviced for an annual flushing and descaling. The process took about 45-60 minutes. Richard was my technician and he did a great job. He kept the area clean, answered all my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything. I thought he was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The price was as quoted and came in at less than other competitors. I will call them again next year.

I had Phill from Hydro plumbing installed our Flow By Moen water safety valve to protect our home from accidental water leak that would damage our home. He did excellent and cleaned installation and is very friendly person that we will use again for our next plumbing job.

Jordan and Joshua were absolutely outstanding! They were polite, very thorough! Everything was explained to us so that we could understand a complex subject completely. We were offered options and they explained each one. These two guys are awesome….keep them!!
