I had a water leak issue and sent out project requests via Yelp. This company was the first to respond and I am happy they were. We had 2 ancient hot water heaters on the property that desperately needed replacement. Gerson was the main plumber on the job and I have to say he is very skilled. He not only has extensive knowledge of his field but has good energy about him. He got us a great deal and had them both installed the very next day. Problems solved. I am quite pleased with the deal and the service we were given. Any future plumbing issues or projects will certainly be handled by this company and I will be referring friends and coworkers to them as well. When a company handles their business properly I feel they should be recognized. Don’t hesitate to hire them for your plumbing projects. They priced their services fairly and swiftly delivered.

Tom did an excellent job restoring my toilet which had roots growing through the pipes. They were extremely fair in their pricing and even threw in an upgraded toilet for my mother who just had a hip replacement. I would recommend their services without hesitation!

I reached out to Impact Plumbing for assistance with a drain pipe that was previously leaking. While I was able to fix it myself, I had issues getting the pipe back in the proper position in the wall so that the drywall could be installed. Joe promptly replied to my inquiry, we set an appointment, and Tomas arrived the next day. I thought I may have needed to have the pipe reinstalled to fit in the spot. However, Tomas took the time to understand the issues I was dealing with and, rather than upsell me, he was able to adjust the pipe back into position right there and installed a brace to keep it in place, free of charge. He also provided several tips and suggestions along the way, which I very much appreciated. Thank you both for taking the time to help and I'll be reaching out for any future issues.
