Max Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Max Plumbing replaced/repaired my main water line from the meterbox to the main shut off valve, approx 75 feet of 1 1/4" Zurn Pex pipe was installed with all appropriate fittings. Jason Portillo Journeyman Plumber arrived on time with two apprentices and began excavation for the new line. It took 2 days to complete the large job due to the hard ground and obstacles, but all work was performed in compliance with current standards and plumbing codes. Jason was very professional the entire time, extremely knowledgeable and very meticulous in his performance. All work stated in the estimate was completed in a timely fashion, the crew was on time each day and remained friendly and personable throughout the day. Jason kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions and very accomodating with requests..he had no qualms adding items to the current job at cost. After all work was completed they insured the area was restored to original better than conditions ...Jason stayed in contact with me and kept me informed of the Sub Contractor's schedule and notified me when they would return to complete the asphalt replacement. Max Plumbing has been a joy to work with from the start ( shoutout to HomeAdvisors for referring me to them), from the office staff (Madeline and Amber) to Jason Portillo and his two apprentices. Its hard to find a company with such good customer service skills I would not hesitate contacting them in the future for any other plumbing needs. When I found a small leak on the PVB assembly installed I contacted Max Plumbing who scheduled a service call within 24 hours and Jason showed up early and completed repairs without issue. I am very happy I chose Max Plumbing to perform this large job and will contact them again for any other plumbing needs that may arise. They were efficient, fair and resonable ... call for an estimate you will be surprised. This company deserves 10 stars******
