Vlad came to our home, explained the differences in each unit, explained financing, and answered every question we asked. He was kind and very patient while explaining everything to us. We decided to go with NRS on 2/11/25 and our unit was installed on 2/14/25. Process was quick and painless! Very professional. A++ company. Would recommend again, and again! Reached out to this company as they service the brand of outdoor air conditioner that was installed with our new build home. We were looking for a seasonal tuneup before summer begins. Extremely simple appointment booking process, they were able to come out next day. Extremely affordable pricing. Technician was extremely friendly, the office worked to ensure that everything was completed to satisfactory. Would definitely recommend this company, and will be reaching out for additional services.

Service is great, William is really amazing, but I think they have gotten too big and started charging more and more. I was a repeat customer and the company charged me almost $600 to change the Contactor in my condensor, a $20-$30 part. I don't normally complain about expert service, but it's a quick job that shouldn't cost essentially $1000/hr. Understood that there should be an extra expense for the expert diagnosis. Maybe I'm wrong, but personally I think the company policy/pricing could use some adjustments

My air conditioners were 19 years old and needed to be replaced. Nevada Residential Services gave me a really good price to replace all my air conditioners. Charly and David from Nevada Residential Services Heating & A/C came out today and installed new R8 ductwork in my attic. We looked over the job after they were finished and it was a very clean and professional installation. I could not be happier! I have been working with this company for a couple of years now, and they provide excellent service. Charlie has been out to my house several times, and I can guarantee that he is a superb heating and air conditioning technician. I have never had a better one.

NRS is my go to for all my HVAC issues. They took care of us across the Pandemic when two of our units failed and had to be replaced in the dead of summer. They deployed extra manpower when a third unit failed in the midst of the install. They hustled to secure the additional unit when supplies were tight and made it all seem easy. Since then, their maintenance has been flawless.
