I was still living out of state and was communicating with Nick through text. He was amazingly thorough and about his craft. Nick also provided different work options and had a network of drywall folks that did a splendid job. Not to mention he had to coordinate schedule with the painter of the home. I will use Nick from here on out.

Excellent service! Zach was quick, responsive, and highly professional. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and efficiently fixed the issue. The work was done with great attention to detail, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.

Zack and Allen were awesome. They replaced our anode rod and flushed our water heater for maintenance. Good thing we did. See pics attached. I love how they are brothers and family owned too. Super nice and punctual 🙂

My toilet was broken. Really broken. So I knew we needed a full replacement. We called yesterday and Nick was here today to get it squared away. First off, I just really loved his attitude and demeanor. He was friendly, clean, engaging, and professional. We had a few unexpected surprises, but he handled them like a champ. I will always call them for my plumbing needs. As a contractor, I have worked with dozens of plumbers in Vegas. I strongly recommend this company. They will get you right where you need to be and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Nick!

My husband contacted On Time Service Plumbing last night after finding them on Yelp. The owner got back to my husband immediately and got us scheduled for someone to come to our house the next day to fix our toilet. Jay arrived 10 minutes early (MUCH APPRECIATED, as my experience is most plumbers are running late), he was friendly and prepared! It was nice he brought foot booties, especially since my house just got cleaned yesterday. Jay was able to fix our toilet and install all the new parts needed. When he was finished, I asked him if he could take a look at my water spigot and give me his professional recommendation on an ongoing issue l've been having. Jay is reliable and trustworthy so I'll be using On Time Service Plumbing to also get this issue resolved! I highly recommend this company! They’re a breath of fresh air!
