I was still living out of state and was communicating with Nick through text. He was amazingly thorough and about his craft. Nick also provided different work options and had a network of drywall folks that did a splendid job. Not to mention he had to coordinate schedule with the painter of the home. I will use Nick from here on out.

Excellent service! Zach was quick, responsive, and highly professional. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and efficiently fixed the issue. The work was done with great attention to detail, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.

Zack and Allen were awesome. They replaced our anode rod and flushed our water heater for maintenance. Good thing we did. See pics attached. I love how they are brothers and family owned too. Super nice and punctual 🙂

My toilet was broken. Really broken. So I knew we needed a full replacement. We called yesterday and Nick was here today to get it squared away. First off, I just really loved his attitude and demeanor. He was friendly, clean, engaging, and professional. We had a few unexpected surprises, but he handled them like a champ. I will always call them for my plumbing needs. As a contractor, I have worked with dozens of plumbers in Vegas. I strongly recommend this company. My husband contacted On Time Service Plumbing last night after finding them on Yelp. The owner got back to my husband immediately and got us scheduled for someone to come to our house the next day to fix our toilet. Jay arrived 10 minutes early (MUCH APPRECIATED, as my experience is most plumbers are running late), he was friendly and prepared! It was nice he brought foot booties, especially since my house just got cleaned yesterday. Jay was able to fix our toilet and install all the new parts needed. When he was finished, I asked him if he could take a look at my water spigot and give me his professional recommendation on an ongoing issue l've been having. Jay is reliable and trustworthy so I'll be using On Time Service Plumbing to also get this issue resolved! I highly recommend this company! They’re a breath of fresh air!

Nick the owner has done My house Plumbing for 10 years he has exceptional qualities to own a business. Excellent plumbers. I happen to have a pleasure of his new team Member Jay Very professional knew what he was doing does not surprise me when you’re dealing with Plumbing you need to be very careful who you hire this company is more than five stars. Our water heater suddenly died and we needed to have a replacement for it right away. The water heater was our source for the hot water as well as the heat for the house. That's when we called On Time Service Pluming and boy am I glad I called these guys! When I called and explained Nick the problem we had with our water heater, he said he can stop by in 15 minutes at our house. Nick was very friendly, professional and explained to us the type of water heater we need to have installed and any upgrades we need for it to work efficiently to heat the house. The new water heater was installed by Zack (Nick's son) the next day and Zack was equally professional with great attitude and went door to door in our building to let the residents know the water will be shut off and installed the water heater with new valves as promised in 2 hours! I highly recommend On Time Service Plumbing. You are in good hands with them. I know we were and we won't hesitate to call them again when we need some work done in our house!

Great experience from start to finish! I had a water heater emergency at a rental property that needed immediate attention. Zach was very responsive, coordinated the work around the tenants' schedule and communicated with me every step of the way. He first had to install and new water heater in a temporary location to restore hot water to the property. He then organized the water damage restoration work with a third party. During the repair work, it was discovered that the aging manabloc had been leaking for a while and Zach contacted me to explain the issue and discuss options. We ended up re-piping the entire house and here again, Zach was in constant communication with me and the tenants, sending pictures of the different materials with their specs and the different locations where drywall had to be removed. As before, he was very flexible and scheduled this major repair work with the tenants to minimize disruption during the holiday season. He also organized the necessary drywall repairs with a third party and served as intermediary so that I had one single contact person throughout the entire process. I have rarely had repair work of that magnitude completed so smoothly and I hear from the tenants that the workmanship was impeccable. Perhaps the most telling sign that this company has the best interest of the customer in mind: Zach came back a few days later to install a new dishwasher and he did it free of charge! Needless to say, they will be doing any and all future plumbing work at this property in the future. Zach, thank you for all the help and for a job well done!
