One Drop Plumping “Customer Satisfaction” is what we were looking for and it’s what we got. In 48 hours One Drop Plumping replaced our water heater, water softener and water filter system. They also replaced and fixed the holes in the wall and installed a Laundry Tub and faucet system. On the 3rd day they removed and installed our new kitchen sink including new faucets and new disposal with in-sink on/off buttons. I had the displeasure of having to deal with this company from my home warranty service. I had a simple issue, my kitchen sink faucet had come loose. I expected them to replace it but was informed all I needed was to have it tightened up which was fine. A few days later my wife informed me that our reverse osmosis unit was not working. I tried to call them and they never responded, so I called my warranty company and they reassigned this repair to them but they refused to come out claiming I was trying to get my vanity faucet fixed. This happened three more times and they continued saying it wasn't on the ticket and was a vanity faucet. My warranty company reassigned it to another plumbing company who came in and asked me what was wrong? I explained that the reverse osmosis unit wasn't working after the previous plumber tightened up my kitchen faucet. The new plumber said I bet the other plumber turned off the reverse osmosis unit and forgot to turn it back on. The new plumber open the cupboard reached down and turned the round button on the side of the reverse osmosis unit and everything worked great and has ever since. Think twice before using this company directly or through a home warranty plan.

This company made my life so much easier. I had a water heater failure and had no hot water for a few days. Called them in, explained the issue and they scheduled next day diagnostics. Tech Uros who showed up provided amazing customer service. He submitted replacement request and was able to fix it within the same day. He was knowledgeable about the issues, responsive, showed up on time an explained the process. Highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

These guys were very honest and attentive to my situation. Pretty crazy that going straight to these guys instead of my home warranty which i pay a premium for ended up being over $300.00 dollars cheaper. Very happy with this company and for me and my family honesty goes a long way . Called 8am and had hot water by 2pm same day.

Great plumbers! A friend referred me to them and I’m very happy he did. My hot water heater stopped working and they replaced it the next day at a great price. Service was excellent, I highly recommend.

Came in clutch. One drop Plumbing was able to provide next day service for kitchen sink stoppage perpetually delayed by my home owner's insurance contractor. Arrived earlier than quoted and issue was resolved within an hour.

I’m not happy, I had this company come out Monday, and misdiagnosed my hot water heater, they got it back working for 8 hours then it turns back off. (which I told them it was doing) So they came back Tuesday to say it needs a part, then they finally get the part on Friday. So then Saturday rolls around and then they tell me it’s not the right part. I’m livid, they were here 3 times and can’t even fix it. They wanted me to wait till Monday and then try to order another part. And I’m thinking for what? So I can wait another week?? And btw I have a bad skin infection from a spider bite and I need to shower and I can’t here. We haven’t had any hot water for 6 days now, and these guys could care less about really fixing the problem. And the guy who came out today and left, we noticed he just left the gas on!!! And they left these wires like this! I’ve had another plumber come out and say how dangerous that is. I wasted my money and time, I’m not going to wait again hoping that they can get it right. It’s ridiculous.

One Drop Pluming was great. I worked with Boris he was very helpful and explained what was going on. Went out of his way to help me with the water softener that was full of salt and very heavy. I would not be able to move it without his help. Went above and beyond. He is very professional, and kind would use again and recommend to anyone friends and family.
