Precision Plumbing

Most Vegas plumbing companies told me it would take 2-3 days just to send someone out. Not Precision Plumbing! Daron came out same day, assessed the problem, and even went back to the warehouse to grab the parts needed for my shower and sink. He came right back and got to work needed to help my repairs get done in time to sell my house. While fixing those issues, he discovered another problem that needed attention. He explained everything to me clearly (even stuff I didn’t really understand before) and came back the next day to fix it. Super professional, quick, and thorough. I’ll definitely only Precision Plumbing again if I need anything else in the Vegas area. Daron saved me so much time and hassle and I can’t recommend him enough.

I had my water heater replaced by Frank and I am more than pleased with the work he performed. He was able to answer my questions and completed the job with ease. Highly recommend precision plumbing, easy scheduling and exceeded my expectations with the job.

Tyler did an amazing job. He explained our options and helped us come to the decision that would be the best long term solution for our plbg problem. The work was done in a competent and professional manner. He was polite and completed the work in a timely and neat fashion. I will have no problem with calling Precision Plumbing if we have any plumbing problems in the future

Jeremy installed a fitting for connecting a shower wand cord to an unfinished pipe sticking out of the shower wall. He provided great customer care. He explained the job and concerns, provided a quote up front (which was slightly less than a competitor) and completed the job efficiently. Jeremy provide some professional knowledge about care, maintenance and finishing to make the completed project look and last better. I would recommend him. Thanks Jeremy.

Daron was wonderful! He did an excellent job and in record time! We have never had a repairman come so promptly and take care of the problem so swiftly. We had an emergency after hours and had to shut off our water. Within just a few hours, it was back on and we could put it behind us and enjoy our evening.

Thomas was amazing! He answered every question my wife and I had, and was consummate professional. Fixed our main water valve outside and installed a new faucet with valves in the kitchen. Now we are looking forward to getting us a Halo water system installed thanks to his advice. Everything works perfectly and the wife is extremely happy. I definitely have found my plumbing company for any work that needs to be done around our home.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had Mark Peji be my saving grace from today’s ordeal with my water heater. Mark was so understanding and incredibly patient with me while I tried to sort everything out. He was very informative with any and all questions I had throughout his time here and may I add he spent more time here than he probably anticipated, but showed no urgency to leave until all was situated. Bless his heart! Not only did he provide the best costumer service I’ve experienced in a long time, he made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. I joked with him that we have now become family, but I truly feel comfortable with Mark handling any future plumbing issues and I welcome him into my home anytime. Wow! Great customer service from when I first reached out to the final signing off on the work. Ron, provided some of the best customer interaction/service that I haven't received in years. He asked questions that dialed into my specific needs/concerns, and came up with a great solution, at a great price. The timeliness from scheduling, to project completion, far exceeded my expectations. Great job to the "Precision Plumbing" team in Las Vegas!
