Michael with Pristine Plumbing evaluated & fixed our bathroom sink stopper & leaking toilet with expert ease. I was surprised at how efficiently & thoroughly he replaced the faulty parts, tested & inspected the work to make sure everything was in working order. Thank you for providing such outstanding service!! Update: more work needed to be done on the same leaky toilet because more parts needed to be replaced. David was in & out in about 15 mins. Pristine Plumbing had demonstrated an outstanding service in the completion of the installation of a kitchen sink faucet and an under sink reverse osmosis water filtration system replacing the old units in my home. The whole process from the initial phone call, the inspection and estimate of the project and up to the actual work completion went very smoothly and professionally. I won't mention any names but these people worked as a team and did not disappoint a bit. Their finished job was spotless!

Pristine has been great. I was drawn in by their website choice of words. When I called they were prompt in reaching out to me and coming to see our plumbing issue. David is very down to earth and was detailed in what could be done. He took the time to actually look around the whole house and explain. We felt in good hands. I’m really glad to have chosen them to get a second opinion. We were offered a better deal and felt confident choosing them over the first estimate I received from another company. So far so good, thanks David / Pristine Plumbing. You have no idea how much we needed to hear good news.

This company is the absolute best. They are phenomenal, hands down. I don't really trust people like that due to bad experiences, but this company is the best. I had a water leak due to a toilet. I had different companies trying to overcharge me; however, my husband and I ran into the owner, David, at Home Depot, and he helped us without even looking at the property. He knew exactly what was going on. The whole entire team was professional. My problem got fixed in 45 minutes. This is now my company. I will tell all the homeowners to use this company. They are the best in Vegas, period.

Although the name of the company is called Pristine Plumbing it should be called Pristine Angels because these people are truly heaven sent. Starting out with the young lady that answered the phone, she was very professional she took my call and although I called her one day, the plumbers aka angels were not only available but same day within the hour available.... They fixed all of my plumbing issues, the gentlemen jimmy and Jalen are truly the Shaq and Kobe of plumbing and I'm happy to have met them.. They were also professional and were able to get things done quickly and correctly and these days those attributes are scarce but it's refreshing to know that these gentlemen exercised superb knowledge and professionalism.... Definitely and highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs not to mention their reasonable pricing also... I can go on and on but there's not enough words in the thesaurus under the synonym for outstanding that I could ever use for this top notch duo. God bless you guys and I appreciate and over the moon happy to have met such an awesome group of professionals... 🙏🤓

Jimmy and his team did an excellent job removing old equipment and carefully replacing it. They took the time to explain any deviations from the plan, which really put me at ease. Their pricing was fair, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be keeping this company on speed dial for future needs. Highly recommend!
