Luciano, Skyler, and Matt were the ones who initially came to our service call. They were polite and professional and explored all options for us. Once we set our plan and place Greg with the one who initiated and completed all the work. Greg is a very hard worker and a very professional person we are satisfied with all the work that was completed. My only suggestion is to provide a more adequate after work cleaning option. As much as Greg did to prevent the dust, it was still inevitable. Your company should offer some sort of cleaning service or discounted rate on a cleaning service once plumbing services are done. Overall kudos to the team.

I would recommend this company, router, Ranger to anyone. The technician was very professional very friendly. He even petted my dog!! I have a Rottweiler! He explained everything to us in a very easy way for us to understand and if I ever need to have any plumbing done, I am definitely gonna be calling Rooter Ranger you guys are awesome!! Oh yeah, and the response time was phenomenal. Awesome company!!

The short story: this company will ghost you. They will also not give you a heads up they're coming the next day. Disorganized office staff. Plumbers themselves are fine but leave a mess. Make sure if you do use them, call them, don't use their texts and make sure they clean up. The amount of time of mine they wasted and mess they left should warrant a full refund. The 10% off they offered was laughable. The long story: They scheduled me to come out and check a clogged sink. They did not keep me updated and I had to follow up with them multiple times. The 4 hour window that I had set up, between 12-4pm, eventually ran out and they still had not arrived. They would only answer with excuses and offered me 10% off for being so late. The office staff that runs their text service must be multiple people because no one seemed to know my situation. Another message apologized and said they could come after 7pm! 7 hours after the initial window started and 3 hours after I said I had to leave the property. They rescheduled for the next morning and said I'd get a text 30min before the plumber heads over. I don't live at this property so this is important to know so I can meet them and let them inside. They show up with NO text and without me there, of course. I rush over and the plumbers are fine, they do what they can, and I have no issues with them... they seem to have no connection to the office and would be better off doing their own scheduling it seems. I have no complaints about the plumber that arrived except that he did leave a HUGE mess under the sink after leaving. Tons of "fog" / black water sludge debris I had to spend time cleaning. But he was polite and actually did the work that was promised the day prior. Then when I paid, the 10% off they offered was not applied. When I followed up via text about it they ghosted me again and have not replied since.

We had a "toilet" emergency and they responded quickly and took care of the issue. Ian was pleasant, quick and took care of the issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Thank you for the quick response.

I had a serious toilet clogged. I tried everything wasting money on products that claimed to work. Then I shopped around and found Rooter Ranger. They were so helpful over the phone. Got me scheduled in for that day. On a Saturday no less. Two hours Ian was at my door. He snaked that toilet and had it fixed in no time. Also gave a wealth of knowledge on what to not use on a clogged toliet. Great price. Awesome staff that are so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely using them for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Ian.

Bob was great. Came & gave me an estimate & explained everything to me. Ryan came out & started digging & was very nice. The next day the tech was sick & Bob came out on his own & started digging. Bob & Ryan came back the next take & finished the big job. I would highly recommend this company & Bob was very personable
