Salvador Hernandez and Luis Gonzales replaced our upstairs and downstairs units and did an excellent job. They came on time and were professional and polite. They ran into a problem that took a couple extra hours but they were diligent and saw the job through. I would recommend R&R Heating & Air Inc. because they did an excellent job! Along with teaching me about the power set up, efficiency, warranty knowledge and maintenance. R&R Heating & Air has a great employee with Luis and I would suggest this company. I also give high praise to Salvador another one of their technicians who I initially had contact with. Salvador was who installed my AC unit a year ago and his help, explanations and honesty were what help sell me on this company.

Have used R&R Heating and Air for 10 plus years and service is always prompt and repairs are done correctly with what I consider are fair pricing and not asking for repairs not needed, today Salvador and Louis just replaced one of my 3 ton units, arrived at schedule time, finished up, both men were professional did everything as promised cleaned up after completion
