Sierra was called upon to perform a service inspection of our hot water heater. Steve Paul the service technician was excellent. He walked us through his inspection and findings. We expressed our concerns and he listened attentively and gave us his professional opinion. He did not try to upsell us. He gave us many options in dealing with replacement of the system as targeting parts for repair would only serve as a bandage. I've heard that expression before from other plumbers, but this time Steven's explanations and findings made sense. We told Steve that we will be obtaining other estimates and he acknowledged that is what a good consumer should do. We know that even if other companies come in with a lower price, we will take into consideration that companies reputation, maintenance operations, and warranty plan. We find that Sierra is reputable as we used them in the past to install a gas fire line for our outside grill as well as did some toilet line replacement. Since replacement of the hot water heater is a big job and more costly, we need to look into all options. In the end we may eventually circle back to Sierra.

The technicians at Sierra AC & Plumbing are highly knowledgeable and experienced. The work provided by their serviceman was fast & efficient and Tommy was able to explain the problem clearly and provide me with the best solution. After getting our AC unit replaced over the summer by Sierra’s team, Jason & Wendell, I knew I needed to share how amazing this company is! Few months later it was time for the inspection on the unit and our technician, Sky was just as kind, knowledgeable, and respectful! Truly shows the value and moral this company holds! Roman and DJ were the best! Professional from the start. Roman was very good at explaining everything he was going to do and why? He was very transparent about what the job entailed. I would recommend Sierra Air to anybody needing their plumbing or AC repaired!! 5 star business!!

Monterio and his assistant arrived to evaluate the needed repair to the primary bathroom. I mentioned that I was selling the place and the home inspector observed a "slow leak." Monterio and his assistant offered to assist all the plumbing in the house. After they completed their inspection a second small leak was observed in the second bathroom. Monterio took pictures of all the areas and explained what was observed in each area. He also completed several different repair options that I could choose from. I was sent all pictures by email along with the bid/quote. Before Monterio and his assistant left an appointment for the repairs to be completed had been scheduled for that day. Shortly after Jorge and his assistant arrived to complete the repairs. The repairs were completed professionally and quickly. When they had finished you could not tell that any work had been completed. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess or evidence that they had done any work expect for the new faucets that were in place. Like the first team that arrived Jorge and his assistant took pictures and sent them by email. Quick and friendly service. I like the fact that they come in pairs for my safety and theirs.

I recently had the pleasure of having Luis Garcia from Sierra Air come to my home for a water heater and plumbing inspection and servicing, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Luis was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain his findings, and ensure that my system was in top shape. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right gave me complete confidence in his work. He also maintained a clean and organized workspace, which I really appreciated. Beyond his technical expertise, Luis was also friendly and personable—turns out he’s a Vegas native and a Raiders fan, which made for some great conversation! Joc was amazing! Raoul recommended him to come out with his camera to do a more thorough inspection and he explained everything every step of the way. He even drew us a diagram to show us what the pipes looked like under the house. He was very professional and efficient. I will always use Sierra from now on. Thank you
