Silver State Refrigeration, HVAC & Plumbing

My only experience with Silver State was with their technician Cris Moore, and his trainee. They were very professional and pleasant . They showed up on time and were very thorough and communicative. They took time to fully explain what they were doing, what they were looking for and what we might need now and in the future, but was not pushy at all. Cris even educated me on my pool auto fill that my own pool technician did not know about. I’m happy to recommend Silver State plumbing to anyone looking for a top-notch reputable, plumbing company, and service. Cris, if you end up reading this, thanks again, brother. I’ve always had incredible service from them! This time I needed a Plumber and an HVAC guy for my buyers new home. Amber sent both the same day so I wouldn’t have to take more time off work & it would be fixed before the buyer took possession. Mike P. and Albert V. were wonderful. They troubleshooted first to share w/me their findings. I trust them 💯 so I had them fix the issues & my buyer trusts me. They are Reasonably priced as well. Overall 5 out of 5.

I have recommended Silver Stare to my family members a couple of times for AC replacement. They replaced both my units and did good work, in the past. Update to 12-23-24, we smelled a smokey smell coming from the attic, had a tech come out. He said everything was fine, but I had some tears in my attic ducts. I have no clue what that meant, he showed me a picture and said it was important to fix because air flow was being lost. He quoted me 2,328.00. I didn’t know, I said okay. Come to find out, it was a 7 dollar fix with aluminum tape and five minutes of my time. I called the tech and told them not to come out and to refund my money. At this time, Jan. 6, I still have not received my money and can’t get ahold of anyone who will refund it. The phone representative says someone will call me back. I am going to call and file a report with my bank. If you choice to use Silver State, get second opinion and make sure to not pay anything upfront. I called Silver State and spoke to a receptionist, who was very rude and wouldn't forward my call to someone who could help me with my refund. I ended up calling the tech who came out to my house. A gentleman from Silver State called me back and explained the delay in the refund was because of the holidays. He asked me once I got the refund if I would change my review. I told him I would not because I didn't like being taken advantage of and the dishonesty of the tech. He then went into how the fix that was made for seven dollars wasn't good enough and that I should have thermal imaging done in my ducts blah blah blah blah blah. These guys just don't give up. Sad

"the brothers" were great! Quick response and quick scheduling. got my problem fixed within 24 hours. They were very professional and trustworthy. They offered to take their shoes off in my house and they went out of their way to ensure I was happy. They quadruple checked their work and explained everything very clearly. Would definitely use them again.

I had my washing machine shut off valve break in the night. Silver State answered my call promptly at 7am, earlier than two other companies I tried to call. They scheduled Mike and Matt to come out the same day. Mike and Matt were extremely professional, explained the issues at hand, what the repair process would be and provided a final quote prior to starting service. They communicated throughout the repair service. Their work was neat and professional, and they cleaned up really well after they were done. I would happily call Mike and Matt again for any future plumbing needs.

I gamble been delighted with Silver State. The scheduling ladies on the phone are thorough and informative. Always cheerful and polite. Cris was our technician today and he was punctual, energetic, polite and playful. Great at communicating his findings and the solution. He and his colleague were terrific with our dogs too.

I had Silver State Plumbing do a complete repiping of my house. Their people did everything from the plumbing, drywall and stucco repairs. I couldn’t be happier, I was concerned about the mess from cutting drywall, there wasn’t any I never had worker so clean. The work done in a timely manner all the workers were nice and listened to any questions I asked. The job came out better than I expected.

We hired Silver State to investigate a leak under our kitchen sink. He quickly identified what the problem was and patiently explained our options to fix it. The quote was reasonable and provided immediately after consultation with his superior. We were able to get the part sooner than expected, and Silver State bent over backwards to get our tech out to us a week early. The part was installed in a timely fashion, fully tested and explained by the plumber. Excellent value for money. I really feel that we have found a trustworthy company that cares about quality and doesn’t rip off their clients. Highly recommend.
