Josh and Austin did an awesome job! They were willing to come out and help me without knowing if I was going to take the job or not. They were professional and competent. We had Bailey assigned to take care of our plumbing issue, and I just want to say I have literally never had such professional customer service and work done by another technician. Team Nick! Thank you for coming through once again. Nick came in professional and easy to talk to. I explained to him my master toilet was having a flushing issue. Nick checked the toilet and found root coming up. He explained and showed me everything he was going to do to fix the problem. My toilet is working great and if I ever have any issue Vegas Valley Plumbing is who I'll be calling. The staff is also amazing and communicate in a timely manner. Thank you
