Called with only limited time before having to leave for work , they were fast efficient & reasonably priced for the experience ! Hector was very professional & once I asked how much experience he had I was pleased to know 14 years was behind him and why he was able to fix the problem quickly ! 10/10 recommended ⭐️

FAST, RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

They came out that day and fixed the problem! Their technicians were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. They also cleaned up after themselves so that my kitchen looked like it did before they arrived!

The experts arrived on time, as did the crane that would carry the unit to the roof. The installation looked to go smoothly, and the technicians,were excellent, particularly and stayed to explain everything about the unit and demonstrate how to remove the filter and use the new thermostat. My 50-year-old brother found the new thermostat to be more difficult to read and understand than the old one, so they reinstalled the old one for him. Everything seems to be operating fine so far, but it has only been a few days and the weather has been mild.

They came to our house today to assess the water smell. The crew was outstanding. He didn't charge me for the service and provided me with excellent recommendations. In the future, I shall not utilise anybody else. Honesty and fairness are difficult to get by these days! Thank you very much.

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

He tweaked a hidden function of the water heater, and now all of our sinks operate flawlessly. We assumed we'd have to pull out walls and tile to address the problem, but this was like a miracle. To top it all off, they didn't charge us for the follow-up appointment. I wish I could rate this business 10 out of ten.
